I'm also still in the "processing" stage for Bowman Sapphire.
I'm curious how many Montgomery members got screwed on this one. They should give us free membership for next year to compensate. |

You don't think we are entitled to some sort of compensation? I've never asked for anything from the Montgomery Club and have been a member since day 1.
But when it''s listed as one of the key features of membership then I expect to get what I paid for when I enrolled. It's not some whatever product, Bowman Sapphire is one of my favorite products to open and is one of the reasons I keep enrol in the club every year. If you bought a box of cards that guaranteed an auto wouldn't you complain if you didn't get it? |

The fact is that Bowman Sapphire is a huge selling point for membership and they shouldn't be able to just cancel people's sales at will and give them nothing in return, especially since random Joes got our boxes. I get it, mistakes happen. But at least figure out some way to make it right. Someone earlier suggested a box of Sapphire Star Wars in replacement. Sure I'd take that. Being able to purchase an additional box of the upcoming Finest Flashbacks? Sure I'd take that too. There would be a ton of ways to make it right, however I doubt Topps will do any of them unfortunately. |

Your argument seems super valid. I don't think expecting what you signed up for is asking too much LOL, but just out of curiosity how does people like Houdini get the seemingly countless sapphire boxes? Does he just get them on the open market? Seems odd that people "guaranteed" a single box of each product a day early gets shut out then big breakers gets unlimited.

No reason why it can't simply be next year's Bowman sapphire, even for those who might no longer be a member at that time. What Topps needs is a club liaison to handle members' requests. Unbelievable that a club this size and this high profile seems to have has no one at the helm.
