I've seen some bad threads in my year+ here but that thing went from zero to 60 car pileup in about 3 hours. How anyone there didn't see there was going to a banfest was shocking.

Not baiting just genuinely curious. I don’t think I would but haven’t really put much thought into it. I’d assume if they did change that there would probably be a list/blacklist of countries

This is a slippery slope. I would be ok with it in most scenarios. I just worry it opens up the door for some shady characters to gain power. I do think with time it is inevitable that this law will be changed.

That you do not realize this is extremely well done and will connect with the vast majority of independent and conservative votes speaks volumes.

From mike the cop along with a picture that appears to have Jacob Blake holding a knife in his hand as he’s walking away from officers going to the car. We still don’t know all of the facts but it’s disgusting to see politicians, celebrities, athletes, media, and our own forum posters use stuff like this to further their agendas. Time and time again we see this stuff, just comply!!!!!

“I've been inundated by people asking my thoughts on the Kenosha/Jacob Blake shooting. Here's my take:
1. Don't forget the media has an agenda and it tends to not involve waiting for full information before rocketing their version in front of as many uninformed people as possible.
2. Police were called because Jacob Blake was waving a knife around and in conjunction with a domestic situation (not because he was roaming the countryside as a non-violent friendly fellow). While en route, dispatch informed police that Blake had an outstanding warrant in regard to his recent sexual assault and domestic abuse charges.
3. Police deployed a taser and it failed, as they are prone to do more than we'd like, despite being a great tool.
4. My research thus far, very early, is showing that Blake said he had a gun in the car and was going to go get it. He continued to brandish the knife while disregarding officer commands to drop it, which would have ended the situation PEACEFULLY, if he'd have complied with such lawful orders.
5. When he reached into the car, officers fired. Why? Because he already has one weapon and says he's getting a gun next from the location he's reaching into.
I'll continue to weather the public opinion storm and wait for all facts but these seem to be what has been established for me thus far.“

Not sure what you're looking for here. Releasing hostages requires negotiating with people who are willing to hold hostages. Brunson isn't the first, won't be the last but the bottom line is that he's back. Good on Trump.

As a big supporter of his, does the way Lebron constantly jumps to conclusions and pushes the narrative without the facts disgust you? It does me.

Yes, anyone that does that disgusts me. my politics and beliefs on certain matters do not align with his. I don’t follow anyone on social media so the only time I see what he says is if it’s on ESPN/fox sports or if it’s an in game interview, something along those lines. But I’ve heard and seen him say a lot of things I disagree with.

Lebron is what we call a useful idiot. His heart is probably in the right place, but like so many, even it this thread, he is so misinformed that they come off as complete fools. I am not a "shut up and dribble" guy, but more a "get more informed" guy. If you are going to make a stand, at least have it based in reality.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — A KREX 5/Fox 4 viewer noticed something interesting being thrown out at a local United States Postal Service Distribution Center Friday. A facility employee says its a brand new mail sorting machine.

That viewer says she went to the USPS sorting annex on Patterson Road and Burkey Street Monday morning when she noticed a red dumpster by the loading docks.

When that person asked the clerk what was being thrown out, the clerk said its a brand new mail sorting machine.

The clerk added, “it took two months to set up and they were just about to do a test run when the postmaster general ordered us to take it out, now we’re sorting by hand. No wonder they say we’re losing money when they throw out expensive machines like that.”

We spoke with a postal manager at the Downtown Grand Junction office, who said he couldn’t comment on the matter. We also reached out to the agency’s Denver branch, but have not heard back.

I can't link the actual article & the picture of the dumpster, but I wanted to get the opinion of the conservative USPS employee of why the USPS would throw away a brand new mail sorting machine. Not needed? The USPS employee's have to sort mail again by hand at this Mail Distribution Center in Grand Junction, CO.
