No clue but a dozen people in my fb group and discord already got their refunds back and was told to keep their cards

Blame target for charging/shipping out the wrong product. Most of the people who got refunded did a simple refund request and they were told to keep the product along with the refund.

the right thing to do is to return the cards and get your money back. trying to exploit a loophole you heard about on facebook to get your money back and keep the cards is pretty dodgy.

Just did Target chat. I genuinely thought I was getting 2020 Score. I politely asked what happened. They apologized and asked if I could return in store. I said it would be inconvenient and I'd rather return it via the mail. They then refunded me and told me to keep it. Took about three minutes. Honestly, it was pretty cr@ppy of them to change the product image and the product title and description without notifying the customers. I see it as Target righting their wrong. Shouldn't be up to the customers to spend 15 to 30 minutes returning it in store. Good move Target.

There is no loophole lol. Some people were automatically told to keep the cards after requesting a refund. Nothing dodgy about it. Are you jealous or something?

bummer. mine cancelled as well. they are obviously doing it because so many people scammed them on the score hangers that they don’t want a repeat.

You are basically just taking advantage of Target. They will do what they need to do to keep your business.

Score releases every year this time. Why would they have massive backload of a 2020 product. I bought some assuming it was 2021 because why would they release more 2020 retail score a year later. They made a mistake.... You exploited them for it.

This is BS too. They should provide the correct imagery and ask if you’d like to continue with the transaction or not. Straight up canceling doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the correct product later

I don't follow Football that closely. Just bought 2020 Chronicles, reasonable for a casual Football collector to think 2020 Score was still being sold. And I offered to return it via the mail. They said no. Was their choice, not mine.
