Imagine calling BATISTA of all people a flavor of the month. In retrospect you can call Nakamura that, at least as far as his WWE run goes. That should have been his star making moment, but then WWE did everything they could to make him look bad afterwards.

He's been gone for what? Close to a decade? You think he returns at the Rumble and then is just gone for a little bit?

That being said, there's a good chance he's right on this one. Edge likely isn't making a real full time return. He's just here to make that "Rumble to Mania" run that legends do so that he can say he went out on his own terms.

Calling them that was me talking about creative not who the fans wanted.
I was at the Rumble when Batista won and they wanted literally anyone BUT. Roman could have won and they would have went nuts kinda how the crowd would have reacted had Roman not won the next year.

@WrestleVotes
Edge recently signed a new 3 year contract with WWE for significant money.

Well if you're going just off of who the fans wanted, Nakamura was getting HUGE pops at the Rumble, as was Drew this year.

Roman getting big pops at the 2014 Rumble and getting booed out of the building at the 2015 Rumble had nothing to do with him. It was all about Daniel Bryan both times. Batista got crapped on in 2014 because the fans were furious about no Daniel Bryan and it being obvious that Batista was who Vince wanted on top, so they started cheering Roman because he WASN'T Batista (and was something fresh)

In 2015 the fans were still all about wanting Daniel Bryan and nothing else, and by that point it was clear that Roman had become the chosen one, so they were crapping all over him because he had become the enemy (also because they were mad at how Bryan was treated like a complete jobber with his exit earlier in the match)

Oh I totally get it, Lately it's been anyone but Reigns. I'm glad Drew won but once he eliminated Brock that match was already booked. So now Roman will likely win the Chamber to get his shot.

Agreed, they are building the Fiend up to build Reigns back up. Wrestlemania it will be the Fiend vs Reigns and Drew vs Lesnar. Unfortunately for the women's side they are kind of screwed as of now. Charlotte vs Becky has happened far too many times to be interesting. The money match was Shayna vs Becky. Charlotte vs Bayley isn't interesting either. It sucks. Wrestlemania ends with Drew celebrating in the ring. Brock will do what he gets paid to do now which is build the next star.

I don't know if you are going to see a DM vs lesnar at WM. DM is a heel and don't think he can do a good face to go against Lesnar. That's why I think a third person a face maybe Cena will be put into the match. That way DM can eat the pin without Lesnar having to lose to drop the title.

Also I think WWE made a mistake by having Lesnar go threw everyone like a hot knife thru butter. You could have done were New Day and Morrison and Miz elimante each other to add to the feud to build up a WM match.

Drew McIntyre is no longer a heel, he's a tweener. Have you heard his crowd reactions the last few weeks? He's shown far more personality as well.

Styles hurt his shoulder taking the spear from edge. That’s why his elimination looked out of place bc it was called on the fly to get him out of the match

Yeah, you could definitely tell he was favoring his shoulder. Both Edge and Anderson stared at him for a bit like they had been expecting him to hold the ropes and stay in. Hopefully it's nothing long term.

So I enjoyed the rumble match and thought the mens match was one of the best ones. That said, I hate any ppv where every singles match is merely a formality. A few were very entertaining but every match ended exactly as expected.

Thrilled Charlotte won for the women, much better choice than Shayna. I know people will bitch because "charlotte gets everything" which isn't true btw but some fans can keep being delusional. Charlotte is the best in the division period. Beth Phoenix looks great in there as well even after getting her head busted open.

Not a fan of Drew, but he's at least getting a reaction now, which is a first in his career. Edge returning did nothing for me, because he's overrated and overpushed when he was around. First half of the rumble sucked with Brock eliminating everyone, was just boring as hell. Ricochet leading to him being eliminated was awesome.

Bryan/Fiend was sadly predictable. Bray no sells everything at the end and wins, wow how exciting.... Thankfully no red lights at least, but just shows how terrible Bray is when the lights are on and you can see how ridiculous he looks. Fine with Roman or whoever beating him at Mania.

Rumble was pretty good but the horrible camera work during the Rumble was SO annoying. They cut away to the crowd way too many times- especially when Edge came out. We want to see Edge, not the reaction of the guy 20 rows back.

Drew/Brock should be a blast.

I'm so sick of The Fiend and his whole thing of absorbing pain and being impossible to beat. The gimmick is getting old. You get the crap beat out of you the whole time and then you stand up like nothing happened? No thanks.

The women's match gave me a headache, with half of the entrances involving the wrestler taking off running and the cameraman running behind her with the camera bouncing like crazy.

Don't worry Super Reigns is on the way to hit one spear and pin him after kicking out of like 3 Sister Abigal's.

Only watched the Men's rumble and then read results after. Brock being in the rumble was awesome. People can bitch about Brock and he's boring, and does the same moves over and over etc. but we've never seen anything like that before in a rumble so it was exciting and refreshing to see. Every time Brock threw someone over it got me more happy to see how far this was going to go. And want to know what made it better? When he was finally eliminated because he looked like he was going to run through the whole roster.

Drew has the rocket strapped to him, and it's nice to see someone else getting the push other than the constants. Drew vs. Brock could be a very good tough guy match at Mania. Even though the match doesn't shine like a Cena/Brock, Roman/Brock (insert big/overused/overpushed name here)/Brock, this gives the WWE a chance to make a new big star. It's all up to them though after it's all said and done how they continue to push Drew. Do they just make him a one hit wonder and he falls back in line with everyone else? Or do they keep pushing him and make him one of THE STARS of the company.
