That’s what makes me laugh about the whole thing. I can’t believe how poorly run Topps is. I can’t help but get the feeling there’s one full-time employee and 3 interns that come in hung over running operations at Topps.

So it's credit memos and not so much a refund to your credit card? Nice way for Topps to force people to spend with them down the road. Is there much more MC offerings rest of the 2022 year other than Chrome Update Sapphire?

Maybe I misunderstood what others said when they said "credit memos". I haven't seen my cancellation yet but expecting it soon. They better be refunding the entire amount to my credit card.

My two box order still shows “processing”. I ordered about 30-40 minutes after it went live. I was amazed they were available then.

Ok, I made 3 orders of 3 boxes, 2 were canceled. The order that still shows as pending is on my wife's non MC account. I also made 2 orders of 2 boxes on my account, both canceled. I also made a single box order, not canceled. All made on the public sale. I used PayPal credit, figuring these had a good chance to get canceled and at least I would have to pay interest. PayPal sent me refund notices on the orders that were closed, but the refund doesn't show in my account yet.

I’m guessing this FF cancellation fiasco is going to require a bit more legwork for folks who reached the stage where a shipping label was created but haven’t seen movement since that step. I wonder if those will be auto-cancelled or if it will require a call into their CS team. Probably the latter.

My original MC order of FF was cancelled. It was canceled with the original round of cancels.

I still have yet to receive the refund? I havn’t received any cards either like some have mentioned.

I emailed, and they said to wait. It’s been a week since… I dont want to chargeback and get my MC account banned though? I guess I’ll call yet again?
