The Bengals D (which hasn't been talked about much) has been impressive for most of the postseason as well. They're really an o-line away from being a perennial powerhouse. Hoping Joe can stay healthy.

Most of the Bengals defense are free agents.

Well that's poop.

AFC is going to be a tough go. Those top 4 qb's are all tremendous.

Yesterday could have been the highest prices Joe Burrow's cards will ever see again.

There's no guarantee that he will even have another super bowl appearance again.

Yes, it's that tough.

He might not have a winning record ever again.

Serious fentanyl vibes.

Never have a winning season again as a 25 year old?

I mean, betting isn't formally allowed on BO, but....

PM me.

Now that Burrow has not won the super bowl, the more important question is - does 2020 football wax drop back down to pre-Burrow prices, or does BO keep prices at their current level, cause the wax has "dried up"?

I’m guessing a slight drop, if any. More likely they just won’t keep increasing.

It'll be hard to keep Burrow and Chase out of the Divisional Round the next decade. Yes, it's a 4 horse race between him, Mahomes, Allen and LaMar but the rest of how the team is built is important for each. Nothing is guaranteed but they have what it takes.

The real question isn’t whether or not Burrow will make another Super Bowl, but whether or not Bengals ownership will fully open their wallets. That historically hasn’t happened, obviously. Expected salary cap space and letting go of a few players will give them an expected ~$75 million in space for next season. Would go a long, long way to improving the weak spots on the roster.

Burrow just covered the spread in the fricken Super Bowl, while being sacked a record 8 times. He doesn’t hold the ball too long. He likes to sling it downfield, obvious by leading the league in YPA. He needs some f’ing line help.

He just beat Mahomes twice in a month. If the Bengals spend money, he will be back to the top soon. If they don’t spend money, will be one of the biggest wastes of talent in history. In his first full season, he took the BENGALS to the top.

I think it rises slightly.

Herbert is 23, so has a couple of years to be at the current Burrow point. who knows what could happen, but I am going to say slight rise (on top of natural supply/demand)

So he’s still trailing Big Ben by 2 rings yet has higher prices?

Lmao

That's asking a lot for the Chargers, who don't even have their own stadium. Then getting over KC,Buf,Cinci and Bal are big leaps that'll be tough to do. I'd go with Burrow throwing to Chase.

When you are a free-agent, you usually play better than other years to get that contract. Joe Burrow will be fine, but the Bengals in a division with Ravens, Steelers and Browns is not going to be an easy road to the playoffs in the future.

The Bengals have 3 starting FA's on D, so IDK wtf that guy is talking about.

1. Bates
2. Apple
3. Ogunjobi/Hill

Burrow stuff will be cheap in 9 months when he is out with another knee injury because cheap Mike Brown didn’t spend on lineman.

Kind of surprised you threw Lamar in there and left out Herbert
