Pulled the trigger on my biggest Nix card, a Nix Origins Blank Slate. Love the look of these Will look good in a slab. This is not my first case hit, I also bought a Primordial. An Origin Story, and a World Wide. Have my eyes on 1-2 more. Pics to come soon. #Nixtothemoon

Haters gonna hate. Guy has been a top 10 QB in the league the last month. It doesn't hurt to acknowledge that. He also has a chance to win ROY, and may be a wild card team. Almost knocked off the Chiefs if it wasn't for a blocked kick. Nix was the most hated player coming out of college, and it continues now 3/4 of the way thru his first season.

Who cares what CBS thinks?
They are neck and neck in every stat, within one win of each other and Nix has played much tougher defenses. The Nix hate, even from CBS is same as it ever was

Double checked the stats - Nix has 4 more total TDs then Jayden. From that standpoint, Nix should be leading ROY discussion. Daniels has one more win but again, Nix has faced much better defenses.

I know it's not what happened, but theoretically Nix could have 1 more win than Daniels, if the kick against KC didn't get blocked and the Bears knew how to cover a Hail Mary.

Yeah, it's all part of the game. Those 2 things, along with 4 more TDs proves that Nix is as good, if not better than Jayden Daniels to this point, along with the fact Nix has faced tougher defenses

I keep forgetting, Nix caught a TD too, so he leads Daniels by 5 total TDS. That's a pretty big lead. If he keeps up the pace he's on, he can break 30 total TDS

Bo Nix has more passing TDs then Jalen Hurts, Herbert, Kyler Murray and only one less than Mahomes. In total touchdowns, he has more than Mahomes. He has 3 total TDs less than Josh Allen. When you start looking at Bo Nix compared to those players, you can appreciate how good he actually is

I liked Nix coming out the draft along with Daniels-Jayden seems to me the better QB in his mechanics, pocket presecence, run ability, and accuracy He's just a better overall talent

Nix is not better than Daniels at this point. It’s just recency bias talk. When you have such a small sample size, context is so important.

Daniels has been consistently better throughout the season. Outside of his injury game, he’s has two games where he didn’t produce a TF and one game with a sub 75 passer rating, with all but two being 80 or above and 3 games with a sub 63% completion percentage, his season low being 50%

Nix has had 3 games where he didn’t produce a single TD and 4 games with a sub 70 passer rating and 5 games with a sub 63% completion percentage, his season low being 48%.

I don’t think the edge is significant, but Daniels has been more consistently better throughout the season. Nic has had some lower lows, and a couple bigger peaks - most very recent.

Nix has also thrown 63 more passes, has a much lower QBR and a much lower passer rating.

Daniels also plays an easier schedule to close out the season. So his record will likely outshine Nix by more than a game when the dust settles.

Will be fun to watch this class compete for years to come.

This is not true. QBR is about the best metric we have for QB's. Daniels and Nix are not close in this category.

I laid out my case of facts and you laid out yours. Your qualifier that if I don’t accept those, I’m biased would then apply directly to you as well regarding mine.

I think Nix recency bias is real. You can see it with the tone and change of posts here. I’m not willing to declare anyone clearly better/worse etc because is a two game stretch, that’s why I am favoring consistency over the season versus a recent high output. That would be my bias and I feel it is clearly logical, though some may disagree.
