Hey, with football season now underway, do you think it would be possible to post a short how to access games.
I haven't been able to locate any live sporting events, but maybe I'm checking in the wrong place.

I'm going to the sports tab (Phoenix) but don't know which of the programs in there I should be using.

Also, is it going to show up like Cin @ NYJ or is it going to show up like CBS (NY) and I just need to know its on that Station?

Streaming is better so less / no buffering but w/o a 4K TV I believe the quality would be similar, I notice it looks better on my dad's curved TV w/ 4K then my regular HDTV lol.

I got one of these recently, and the Exodus app alone is worth it. This past weekend I watched The Purge Election, The Jungle Book, Independence Day 2, TMNT 2, Captain America Civil War, all in 1080p. It's pretty crazy lol. I haven't even looked into live TV/sports yet, but even if you don't cut your cable, you will definitely never have to go to RedBox/Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/Video Rental store again.

"Jailbroken" isn't even the correct term on these, what are you are doing is "rooting" it, basically getting down into the original file system and side-loading third party apps which people have developed. Amazon allows developers to do this, so nothing about that is really "illegal". From there "Kodi" is installed which is essentially a media player someone made and is 100% legal.

Within Kodi, you then have access to tons of other "third party apps" that people have made all over the world. "Exodus" is one of the main ones people use, and you basically download that and have access to tons of "streams" of movies/TV shows/etc. You aren't downloading anything, nor sharing anything.

"Streaming" itself is not illegal, it's just like watching something on YouTube. It's just like you watching a band's new music video on some random person's YouTube page instead of the band's official page. It may get pulled down, but someone else will have it uploaded immediately. There are sooo many people with these, there really is not much they can do. It's actually harder to find a NORMAL firestick on eBay, than it is to find a "jailbroken" one.

The only real hazards are an app being shut down (which a new one will take it's place), Amazon pushing out an update that will wipe the "jailbreak", or potentially your ISP sending you a warning about streaming from weird sources (Which I've never heard of happening). So while not really "illegal" in itself, obviously you are streaming pirated movies/TV shows and not paying for it. So SOMEONE broke the law by ripping the movies/sharing them to begin with. But it's a bit of a grey area in the law right now, and no one really knows how to handle it. Especially when the content/apps are being made all over the world.
