Great price. This card is puzzling for me. Yeah it's a great card for sure, but it's not rare at all, there's at least 1 for sale every month on end, and it sells much much higher than Optic color autos. 2x is about right to me, but not 4x.

I have multiple Optic Autos and Contenders Autos and I'd rather have Contenders even with there being 212. For me Contenders is THE card (disregarding RPAs), although Panini and Topps fighting over players recently has hurt the lineage. It's awesome that it stretches from Manning and Moss in 98, Brady in 2000, the 04 Class, Rodgers, all the way to Mahomes in 2017, and the 2020 class. There are probably 10-15x as many Brady Contenders produced compared to Patty, so I'm not worried about the PR in the long run. Granted Mahomes has way more rookie cards to choose from than Brady, but I still think it will be on of the "must have" cards. I don't hate the Optic at all, I just would rather have the Contenders if I had to choose.

I agree..optic does not have the pedigree of contenders..I’d add to that, the champ tickets and cracked ice ticket autos are going to be highly sought after as they are low printed and have more esthetics
