I’d go for 04 LeBron TC, cause once the 03 chrome gets price higher and higher, they’ll be priced out. You can say the same for Giannis’s Prizm, but LeBrons legacy is already cemented so I just think he’s the safer bet as well.

A case of 13-14 Hoops up to $14.3K now on BO and a case of 13-14 Prizm priced at $95K. That's wild. Wish i bought a lot more of each. Doesn't look like i'll ever complete my loose box case worth (12 boxes) of Prizm now.

2013-14 Prizm was not a popular product. The draft class was weak and it was the 2nd year of Prizm. 2012-13 had the double rookie class (AD, Kyrie, Kawhi, Lillard) but this draft class didn't have anyone to get people excited. Prizm didnt start to take off til 2015-16 with KAT. 2013-14 was a staple of BO sales... it was so cheap breakers would give boxes away just to get rid of it. They'd also use the packs for hitless teams. Imagine spending $75-200 on some teams not doing well and one of the teams goes hitless so you get a crappy Prizm pack. You're upset and its just base cards with a rookie... gotta imagine most of those got thrown away.

Giannis didn't start to take off til early 2017 but it was nothing close to today.

I doubt we see a HUGE spike in grading... if it hasn't happened by now after 1 MVP... I don't think the new card market will change it. Some will continue to be graded...but I doubt we see it jump from 2919 to 5000 in the near future.... 3500 I could see that. It costs a pretty penny to grade these via PSA now.
