1. Upload tracking for every sale and prove that every one has been delivered.

2. Upload proof that I ordered every single trading card before I listed the pre-sales.

Tough to do either when many cards have yet to arrive from Topps.

LOL! I have perfect feedback...literally. I have been on ebay for over 20 years. They even restricted my wife's account saying that will keep me from listing on her account, which I have never done and would never do.

I can't cancel or revise my listings, and nobody can buy the items. So they'll sit there, at those prices, maybe for eternity.

I am half tempted to get my lawyers involved, but at the moment, the damages aren't great enough compared to the new business that comes to my site daily. People keep messaging me on eBay asking what's going on, so I respond with my site link, and they're able to buy cards cheaper, with 5% rewards, and most of them don't have to pay sales tax.

It's funny when they restrict me for violations that I have not done, yet allow others to do exactly what I was doing, or worse. Things that make you go hmmm.....
First Jake, now you. F*** Topps on the delay, F*** eBay for the terrible policy.

This happened to me at the beginning of June. I was doing a few presales when eBay suddenly ended all of my listings and told me I couldn’t list anything until I uploaded tracking info and the item showed as ‘delivered.’ I contacted eBay multiple times but was told that my restrictions would be lifted when I met their requirements. They told me it had nothing to do with me as a seller and that it was part of the process to make eBay a safer marketplace. About a week later the restrictions on my account were lifted even though not all of the requirements were met. I have 100% positive feedback on close to 2000 transactions. Pissed me off as I lost about a week’s worth of sales as well as all the watchers on my items.

I just got my 89 and 90 and the Koufax are all in different mag cases. Super annoying since I'm PC-ing these and assumed all of the cases would be the same. I searched a bit and couldn't see anyone post about this. I doubt it would only be my order. Also so far two of the cases I've gotten have been opened at the top (sticker still on) and will not close when pressed. Lovely.

When I was doing pre-orders, eBay suspended my payments and when I called in they said it was due to a surge in volume. Thankfully it lasted only four days but still rough,

From speaking with other pre-sellers who were getting suspended at the same time, the common thing that I was hearing was that eBay was calling out the fact that the seller didn't have an estimated delivery window in their description.

My biggest concern right now is that I am three days away from being late on all of my remaining orders (80+) and I am not sure if they will take any action me or not. Thankfully I have 89 / 90 coming in on Monday and will be able to clear out those orders.

Weren't you already inputting tracking #s on eBay? I assumed sellers did this to keep eBay/PP at bay even if sending their own shipping notices.

Yes, I print my shipping labels through eBay and the tracking numbers get uploaded automatically. I can’t do that with pre-sales since I can’t ship until I receive the cards. Anyway, that was six weeks ago and I stopped doing pre-sales at card #86, mostly because it wasn’t worth my time.

All of my listings had an estimated delivery window in description.

With Topps being so far behind there’s no way I would take a chance and do pre-orders and risk account suspension. Made that decision several weeks ago.
