That's the thing, there are several people in this world that act (on a much smaller scale) exactly like Antonio Brown.

-Incapable of self reflection
-Unresponsive to discipline
-Victim due to X reason
-Incapable of taking personal responsibility
-Unreasonable and irrational

Usually always a result of a crap childhood. Sad, but you can't coddle these peoples nuts or give them cash. Only way for them to ever potentially be humbled is to suffer the hard lessons of life. AB should spend a couple years in the military or a week with David Goggins lol.

Is this a battle between the GM and the Head Coach? I feel like it's turned into a power struggle between these two guys. HC saying that AB has a legit issue with his helmet and feet and that he supports him, then the GM saying he needs to be "all in". The GM fining him , AB posting the letter, then the GM shows up to practice the next day and hovers around AB like nothing is going to happen. The GM threatening suspension after the ensuing argument, then seemingly the HC saying he's suiting up Monday. Finally, the video AB posts with the HC asking him to play ball----then getting fined for "conduct detrimental" by the GM. It all just seems like some strange power struggle.

Brown seems to agree that his guarantees are now void, so it doesn’t look like he has a strong case. I guess a little violation of state law can do that....

I wonder how my life would have been if I walked around playing the victim everytime I couldn't do what I wanted whenever I wanted. ...oh wait, I would be a 2 year old.

Yes, earlier this morning. It is insane. Almost makes you wonder if he is having a breakdown or something.

Probably true, wonder if the Raiders pull the race card on AB then if what he said about Mayock is true.

Basically the Raiders fined him another 200K for the incident with Mayock for conduct detrimental to team. I effect that took away his guaranteed money and the Raiders are making him play week to week for that money. Also his 1 million signing bonus was actually 2 $500k workout incentives where the first part of it was that he attend at least 85% of the off season activities which he did not. So there's already $500k gone. The Raiders could and probably should release him, if they do AB gets $0 money from the Raiders! They will lose the picks they traded for him but at this point time to move on.

There should be some sort of penalty from the NFL for this crap. This is way beyond diva behavior. There is clearly mental illness involved and he shouldn’t be allowed to continue his career without serious medical treatment. What a waste of talent

Why would they want a mentally unstable diva?

I don’t think this is the case. They have been playing good cop bad cop since he joined the team and I think that was just trying to get him to respond to something. I think Gruden got his way yesterday when they let him apologize and rejoin the team but then the idiot went and posted the recorded phone call and I think Gruden said this is enough. Like he said in the phone call quit the #@#@#@#@ and play football.

His penalty is him not getting paid. No arbitrator will rule in his favor.

Mike Florio is saying that the Raiders may try to put Brown on the reserve/left squad list. That would put Brown out for the season AND prevent him from joining another team.
