If you hit the redemption, what's your move? (assuming you want the live card in hand to keep or sell)

Do you talk to Topps and get confirmation it's live before entering the redemption?

Blindly enter the redemption and cross your fingers it's live soon?

Each of those probably results in the live card being shipped to you. I know the vast majority of the time, there isn't an issue with not receiving an item but would you really chance it with something like this?

I'd probably see if I could get the card in person somehow. I'd also want to stay anonymous if possible.

Reach out to Topps, tell them who I agreed to sell the card to (giannis, goldin, etc) arrange for them to ship it directly to them. I'd have zero interest in actually handling/shipping the card.
