Did you just say...how do you differentiate between a "tush push" and a regular qb sneak?

What regular qb sneaks have TEs or Rbs lined directly up behind the QB?

Can't put your hands on the ball carrier as an offensive player and push. It used to be illegal to do so.

I know it's gonna sound dumb but if the QB is trying to gain a yard, he shouldn't be pushed from behind or helped in any way with momentum.

Pretty easy to legislate. Just put it down that you can’t push a fellow offensive player forward.
