I'm not defending him, I just think that maybe there is another resolution. Everytime something bad happens to someone the first thing they think about is $$ and suing/pursuing legal action.

Papiis needs to be punished, but why not start out by speaking with his parents first. Maybe a resolution can be reached that way. If that doesn't work then fine, do what you have to do. Scammer and manipulator? Yes he is, but he hasn't done as much damage as some scammers have done.
