the more i think about it, i am a little surprised things are unfolding the way they are. some will disagree with me, and thats ok, but i think it is hard to deny that vince's legacy has been damaged more in the last two weeks than it has at any time in the past. and it has been done basically by his daughter and son in law. i doubt this was there goal, per se, but they are proving that everything that has been wrong with WWE the last few years has been because vince was leading the way and no one with any kind of voice in the company was willing to say it out of either fear or loyalty. you cannot deny his impact on wrestling, it is what it is, but it is hard to deny that the decision made by HHH in two weeks trump anything vince has given us in years. like i say, i thought this would be the end result, but i thought they would slow play it a little more. some of you younger people may not understand what i am about to say, but for you older folk, i almost think what we are seeing is akin to Pam Ewing waking up, walking in the bathroom, and Bobby turning around and saying "Good Morning"

Solid Smackdown all around.

Happy to see Baszler getting a title opportunity. I dont see her winning but glad she isnt looked over again.

I figured HHH would try to get Kross back, but I was surprised it happened this quick. He definitely needs Scarlett with him for his presentation, so smart move by HHH keeping them together. Idk if I would have had him debut in a segment with Drew and Roman though. Kross seems bigger than he is sometimes, and compared to Drew he may not look so big.

They said the womens tag title tournament would star on RAW. Not sure they need the belts back, still dont have many teams

Debut's out of no where to lose in his first match, his return is attacking an upper card babyface and putting himself right towards the top of the card. How it should've been the first time. The guy has it.

I rather see Baszler win. Liv is just average at best in the ring and only reason people like her is she is playing that same Daniel Bryan underdog theme. Thing is Bryan could put on a entertaing match.

We might see Sasha and Naomi return for them.

We'll almost certainly see Io and Dakota compete for them. And likely win.

The womens tag titles are dumb. They don't have enough women to make it work and almost all of them are just random partners. I'd prefer a US/IC type of womens title over the tag titles.

Sam Shaw! (aka Dexter Lumis)

Weird way to debut. The cameras refused to zoom in at the end of the show to show who AJ was staring at in the crowd, but fortunately WWE's IG showed his creepy self afterwards.

Guessing he was responsible for the crashed car in the background of the Owens and Bliss/Asuka interview segments as well.

So what was point having Omos squash two jobbers? I was hoping HHH would send him back to NXT since he still can't wrestle and only reason he was up on main roster is Vince loves big guys.

Another good Raw. The womens Tag title tournament I assume will be Kai and Sky winning. Odd to see Zoey Stark and Nikkita Lyons as a team in this.

KO returning and destroying Ezekiel was great. Hopefully this leads to a nice push for KO.

Lashley/Ciampa was really good.

How many weeks are we going to see Rhea manhandling Dom? Its getting a bit ridiculous now.

AJ/Miz wasnt bad either. Nice to see AJ picking up a win. Hopefully he'll be better booked now.

I like how they did the Dexter Lumis stuff. Assuming he was the cause of the crashed car. And then you saw security run passed Bayley and her crew, and finally they get to and stop him right before he goes over the barricade,

So with HHH in charge now what are the Miz's chances of tying or breaking Jericho's IC title count? Vince was a huge supporter of Miz and I think had Vince stayed in charge it would have happened? Will HHH want that to happen now?

I actually don't think it's weird at all. People, especially those who don't watch NXT don't know who he is. They did enough to make things seem off. AJ staring at the end, I'm sure, had some thinking about why he was doing that. Then you post some stuff on Twitter and IG; get people talking. Then have something more next week. Slow burn that and it'll get people hooked.

Good SD. I will say that I know WWE needs more teams, but bringing back Hit Row may be HHH's first miss while in charge. Swerve was the only one in that group that stood out and carried every match they were in.

Gunther/Nakamura was really good. Hopefully this leads to more importance being put on the IC Belt.

To often the US/IC is used just as a prop the wrestler wearing it never promotes the title. More people who have it need to act how Miz did when he had it talk about the title act like it's an honor to wear it. Make fans actually care you are the champ and just not wearing it to the ring.

Looks like they are trying to make the US and IC titles more important. IMO they should always be important rather than the after thought that they have become, but especially now that there is only one world champion who happens to be part time. Time to highlight those two titles.

Raw was another good show.

KO/Drew, AJ/Lashley, and Theory/Ziggler were all really good. And I think they're doing a good job with Dexter Lumis as well.

NXT had some good and some bad. Most of the bad is due to what Ive said the last few weeks, too much NXT UK guys. And now sadly it seems we're getting more of them.

I always hate seeing Trish Stratus. She the most overrated womens wrestler, maybe ever. How people actually think she was this great thing is beyond me. Victoria and Molly Holly were fair better than Trish ever was, but you can tell Trish always has a high opinion of herself
