I am also in a similar situation and although my earlier comment was made in jest about thinning the herd, there has to come a time to open things up, practice the best precautions we can and live (or unfortunately die) with the decisions we make.



The turning point for me was the protests. Not a word about wearing masks, social distancing, etc... You can't have it both ways.

There's no condescending attitude. I reached out to you earlier, and sought to establish a bond...where maybe we could meet somewhere in the middle. I don't think you reciprocated, at all.

I point out your age, which you will not defend, because I'd like you to comment on it. You comment on the politics, so why can't you defend your age?

No, I would not be keen on befriending me in person. It has been rare, in my experience. I suppose I am venting, and doing it poorly.
