Two bulks were in assembly only for 3-4 business days on my recent two. One has popped, the other has been in QA2 since last Thursday.

Is there a clear stage where you get an upcharge email notice? Or can it happen any time after grading but before shipping?

I think I'm stating what people have already said but standards for 10 are definitely changing. Conditions for cards that were getting 10s are now getting 9s. I just submitted about 10 cards and not a single one came back a 10.

What cards? That is pertinent information to gauge the change in PSA grading philosophy.

My longest was 10 days. I gave them a call, it popped that night. That was before this latest madness though.

My super express hasn’t been logged yet after 10 days, anyone else experience this type of delay on super express lately?

ALSO - I’m heading out of town for a month +, will PSA ship my card to my new address if I ask or are they firm in sending to the address on the paperwork ONLY? Thanks for the help!
