Because I'm pretty sure a few times in the past the box didn't state Autos, but they were still included.

Same, MC has been a bust for me this year. Less products offered and quality of those offered have been bad.

Everything has been easily available to the public the next day, early access doesn’t justify the price of admission at this point.

Don't buy and wait until they unload it to distributors and it gets discounted. If the mass interest isn't there then supply and demand will take over. My guess is these boxes will be sub $200 within a fairly short period of time.

I'd be more willing to bet on the under $200 price point than one box itself.

2021 was the last Sapphire product that guaranteed autos. Last year only Sapphire Update had autos but odds were 1 in 100 boxes.

I thought for sure they'd go with a smaller checklist. This is going to suck just like last year which also means singles will be hard to get as it won't get ripped much at this price. It's rough, but I'm hoping the breakers will be able to sell more folks on this product this year so the stuff actually gets opened. It's a much deeper class this year so I'm actually a bit hopeful breakers will do well on this. It's rough when I'm cheering for the breakers, but it worked well with Bowman Sapphire. They did great on breaks and the market got lots of nice shiny singles that weren't priced to the moon.

I'd like to see a return to the 2018 format with 100 base cards and some parallels and autos. Works better when you have a giant checklist like this.

We probably need a separate thread for just sapphire but I think the checklist is fine. Update has the smaller checklist. The issue is no auto and the price point. This should be max $150 or have an auto if its $200 or more.

No. I can only get one box for that. But think about it. What would be a card you’d want to hit? An Adley parallel? Ok. I bet I can buy an Adley sapphire in a week or two for a lot less than that. Or pick whatever player.

I'm excited for the next few days when everyone changes their tune and starts calling this the product of the year as they try and flip their few boxes they picked up.
