Good question. $400/case is more than they're getting from Houdini's 50-case player auctions. They've gotta be stoked to move 60 cases at $400 in the blink of an eye.

I was thinking of picking up some 2016 Bowman Chrome vending boxes but I'd like to know what your guys thoughts are on them(for those who have opened them), are they worth it/were they fun breaks?

It's a good deal. It's a great deal if you like chrome. With orange being a hobby exclusive, you will see a few orange refractors/paper. It's the one thing I wanted from the doorbusters (although I have bought plenty of other stuff today haha).

That being said, I've opened a case where my second best card was a Swanson Refractor (not-auto). It's not a slam dunk like some of the other deals, but it's as good as it gets for chrome imo.

I've had multiple cases with 2 color autos. Just a tough product to stomach when you land a tough case.

I have had some nice success with my 1 case I did....Just have seen it so low all year still concerns me in dropping $400 for another case.Its a fun break though

I think you and I look at this product the same. Except in rare instances, almost all the value is in the 12 autos. With 9 or 10 base/refractor autos in every case, your best scenario is get about $200 value in the base/ref autos (Benintendi, Rodgers, and Swanson do not correlate together...so odds of getting more than 1 base/refractor of these guys are extremely long). So those color autos have to be home runs or it's a rough break. With 60 autos on the checklist...it makes for a tough hit. That said...I love the product...just hard to pay the price.

Sorry man...I just don't know much about it. Not as much of it was cracked on here comparted to 2015 bowman draft and 2016 bowman. All I know is that Vlad jr. is the auto most are chasing.
