I hope everyone is seeing this article and that becket is refusing to authenticate pannini signatures. Once again pannini is screwing over collectors they all say signed in the presence of an authorised representative worst card company period ever.

Yep, they have a team of lawyers working on statements right now. I wonder if Dak and company is even responding to anyone. I bet they are silent until his lawyers are ready to make a statement. Someone needs to take the blame.

When I first saw the gold vinyl's - I thought there was something off, but I didn't suspect an auto pen. I'm sure that Panini doesn't have someone like JSA or an authenticator checking all their signed cards that come in because they have to trust that the athletes don't do anything like this. It's a shame that the first athlete to do this intentionally is Dak (or one of his reps).

Now apparently they send the stickers or cards to the players marketing dept. and have the player sign an affidavit stating that they are legitimate. Sounds like they were asking for this type of thing to happen.
