I appreciate the support guys. While we’re on the subject of players only I care about AAlford went 2/3 with his 2nd hr for the lowly Pirates. He may add some much needed juice to that lineup. May be a case of one mans trash turning into a 5 hitter in another mans trashy lineup.

The question is - will Milwaukee ever trade one of their bullpen gems at the deadline, sending one off to a stumbling contender on the coast for that hidden gem to become this sudden lock-down closer and major pal of that team’s set of GOAT rookie card players and credited by same for the inevitable 7th game of the Series cinderella come back victory making ALL of their baseball cards double in price even before they finally cut the camera on Ortiz and A-Rod hailing the newest Young Guns who will rule the game in the 2020s? I’m not saying it was Aliens, but it could happen.

yes
or the Brewers realize that Eric Lauer is trash, Lindblom is meh and they give him another shot in the rotation. I mean they already have Hader and Williams out there.

Yea man...I think the only players that have no extra air for a pump is (Soto, Acuna, Tatis).....other than that....let’r’rip.

Shoot... doesnt Gallo have 3 pages now?
He just cant hold any air....

His lefty experience has had time to grow but watching him since he was 18 I think he needed to wear an eyepatch just to see a ball coming from inside-out.

He just cant be a full time load in days when pitchers average is 5-IP/75P per game.

I love him and will miss his presence on the field....but he needs eyepatch therapy.
Yeah you are right. I don't follow the Dodgers as closely as I do the White Sox, but they are my second favorite team, but Dodgers have enough if not better players everywhere.

Any time Joc is leadoff against a righty...he’s the best batter in baseball in that exact moment.

As long as he's healthy as usual, deGrom should be contending for yet another Cy Young. Struck out 7 of the 9 batters he faced tonight.

Dom Nunez jacked one off Kyle Hendricks today. Hitting .429 w/a 1.214 OPS so far... good #s for a catcher!

Right there with you on Alford haha - - his tools are too intriguing, and we knew he'd take a while to develop... looks like he's finally getting a full-time shot this year.

I know this is the ST pump thread and I put very, very little stock in ST but a serious question for Tigers fans - Is Tork just pressing a bit, are they tinkering with his swing, is he having issues with big league pitchers (or specific big league pitch types) or are we all on the "too small a sample size, it's all ok" train? 0-13 doesn't concern me in ST, particularly for someone straight out of college, but the 8 K's at least have me wondering what to look for in his first season of MiL ball.

Resume pumping.

With any luck, he'll be amongst the pumped in a few days.

The funny thing is tork cards are prob up since a month ago
People want to gamble on 18 to 24 year old prospects and rookies, there isn't much downside to buying anyone right now

He doesn't need to. He's got Robert stealing every ball hit to him. They're gonna kill each other.

Crazy! I knew Welker was supposed to be a big power guy but not Vilade. I’m a huge fan of his

Hey Dan, figured you might have seen this tweet #Brewers manager Craig Counsell said he considers Freddy Peralta in competition for rotation spot and will continue to stretch him out accordingly.

That Red Gem AU you got from me could go full on atomic if he shines in the rotation again

Hearing the slider is absolutely filthy, working on his changeup this spring
