That’s part of my problem also. I think I threw the tracking away once I saw it was delivered. That was a bad idea. I called them but nothing they can do without the tracking. They said they are still logging items from January 17th though. I will wait it out. Nothing else I can do now.

I have a 10 day that was delivered 30 January and hasn't popped in the system yet. Sent them an email and I got this back (looks like it's going to be another few weeks):

Your Order has not been entered yet.

PSA is experiencing a high-volume of submissions and we have become back-logged on opening packages and entering orders. We are working on Express packages from February 8th. We are working on packages marked for 10-day from January 25th. Any package marked for 20-day or higher, we are working from January 25th. Any unmarked packages, we are working from January 19th.

I must have gotten an order processed through there as they were rushing to try to catch up if possible, based on my grades, haha

But really, it seems that I just barely got my order in early enough to avoid a massive backlog. 45 day order went 46 business days according to them, and it "only" took two weeks from delivery until they processed it

Hello All,

I wanted to post this after having several conversations with customers.

The amount of recent, incoming business to PSA has been unprecedented. I have been here for over 18 years and have simply seen nothing like it.

Our staff is fully aware of how slow the turnaround times have been. There is no reason to sugar coat it…from entering the submissions into the system to shipping them out, it has been slow.

While we have added several people to our staff since our move in November and authorized plenty of overtime, the demand for our services has outpaced our ability to keep up.

The reality is that we simply can’t “go faster” or cut corners in a business like ours. Each person, at every stage of the process, is only capable of processing so many items per day.

In addition, we are handling your valuables and our company takes that quite seriously. We need to make sure that every person handling the collectibles are properly trained, and that training can take time.

The good news is that we continue to add to our team and train new members, which means we are capable of processing more items each day than ever before.

We have a loyal and passionate customer base, one that drives our brand and business. I have been on the other side (as a customer) and know how frustrating it can be to not get your collectibles back in a timely manner. So, any frustration shared by our customers out there is completely understood.

All our company can say is that we appreciate your patience more than you know as we work to further build our capacity – the right way.

They are fantastic. Many times don’t even notice the sleeve is on the slab.

While it doesn't solve the problem immediately (which is just not a smart business move to do so) I like that he offers consumers they are trying to grow their teams to account for more business in the long term. I know many will still not be satisfied, its warranted for sure and I feel you. Nice to see addressing of this and not just it letting go.

I agree! I shipped 264 items last week. I would wait an extra 100 days before even considering BGS. Patience is key with grading these days... I just hope Judge comes out hot LOL!!
