Because it'd be a wasted spot imo

I could see him coming in late in the RR and winning sure..but the EC is brutal, and he can still go somewhat in the ring, he also gassed easily his last few matches. I just dont see it being a good fit.

I would buy it more winning the RR, and facing someone like Cody for the title at WM to bow out

They're making a big deal out of Cena's retirement (as they should). Should be a great story I'd imagine.

I'm intrigued with where it's going. Hopefully he gets a worthy final feud and they don't do anything dumb like how Kurt Angle's last feud was Baron Corbin.

No Chance Cena faces Rhodes at WM that spot has been reserved for The Rock since WM this year.

Prediction Priest wins then gets attacked by Balor after the match allowing McIntyre to cash in. Balor claims he was told to stay out of the title match but he never said anything about after the match.

Priest always wear a skull cape, or on PLE? Or just going for a Skeletor/Mantis (Kanyon) look?

So who's Cena's "last match" since we all know saying last match is grain of salt.

I could see it being Bron as the guy who "retires" Cena.

I agree. Not that I wanted to see Sami win but it makes Bron not feel so much like Goldberg to me which is a good thing.

And this is why I was disappointed that McIntyre won MiTB.

Actually agree...could've had the interference in that match and had a legit MitB holder...

Not a wasted 1

Still would've furthered the Drew/Punk story

You can see Priest is mad about his screw up too

Honestly...why is the crowd even behind Punk anymore?

I get he's a heel...but he has legit screwed Drew time and time again, so he deserves his ass beat

And now the very obvious Punk stops Drew from cashing (like Drew did to Priest last year) long storyline is gone

You have to wonder did Priest get legit knocked out for a few seconds that he did not kick out?
