'Twas a million moons ago so most of us have a cloudy recollection. Box wasn't my driving force, but if I'm going to receive a bonus, it's probably not very consumer inspiring if it falls apart in my lap.

People can be bummed about the box, but these things sold out in under an hour and even someone I trust who purchased didn’t know it was a “wooden” box until the image was dropped.

What’s worse than the box is not having this whole mess sorted out prior to selling the product. Orders were placed May 29th.

Nobody in this thread, but generally speaking, the box isn’t what sold this companion back in May.

Speaks to the seller (lack of experience) to provide new images of the box mid drop where a portion of people purchased without having it as a thought, and the rest as a potential deciding factor. Wild times. On the plus side, I've heard they have a no disintegration policy.

I remember it differently as I was saltier than a Ziggy that it was sold out when I saw the box. It would have been an auto buy for me if I saw the box on the product page. I’m also an idiot and may have not noticed the photo.

I could be wrong, that was many “to the mooooooons” ago.

I think he is saying there was a description of the included box in the product description, not necessarily a picture initially. From what I can tell from the posted descriptions of a it (custom JK5 box), people also received the item as described. Given how people remember it not being there and being there, I'm inclined to assume a picture popped up at some point during the drop. Not initially, but before it was sold out. None of the uncertainty around the timing of it really changes my opinions of it (if I'm an artist I don't want fans who care more about the free box than the art, that calling this a scam is absurd, and I understand the disappointment of a purchase during a time when everything was getting hyped beyond belief that is delivered when there are zero returns on anything related to the project).

Chapter still not closed I guess.

That Mays is dark and flashes Rochester's brush skills...and the 90s border being B&W is nice. Centering issues fasho.

The Brett is another fantastic Shore. Centering issues fashore.
