Yes, we received your complaint for the paper cards that often have corner damage from the packs. Like my staff said, just return the cards and we will refund your charity break donation from our own pockets. Just please do not join any more breaks on the forum - especially charity breaks.

Let's consider how this was a scam...

1. I donated the entire case & the box. Several thousand dollars.

2. All he was asked to do is pay $0.50 for shipping & donate his winning bid.

3. There were NEVER going to be any autos in the colored paper so that complaint is a bit of a laugh.

4. He never posted the image of his donation - so there is zero proof he ever even did it.

5. His email to my staff was rude, but he was offered a full refund out of my pocket - all he had to do was return the cards.

6. The images of any actual damage never showed up until after. Is he the kind of person to damage them later for a photo?

7. So does a scammer donate the product and then offer a full refund of a charity spot? Wouldn't a scammer refund the $0.50 since that is all he owes via paypal?

No one said this was a scam. Y’all don’t know how things work. All I said is y’all did horrible packaging and the majority of my cards are ruined.

3. I referenced that I had the rookie auto spot and didn’t get any hits. That is all.

5. My email was not rude, I said that I was dissatisfied and wanted to reach a solution without returning all cards. Your staff had rude replies and couldn’t comprehend what I was asking.
6. If I really did damage them myself, don’t you think I would have taken the refund? Let’s be smart. Bubble mailer, team bag, top loaders on one side of the exterior.
