Remaining hangers were ok not great just ok biggest hit was a 1988 Gold Trout 02/75

Little side note that i just noticed. I was able to put the 70 card RC logo set together out of my 3 Hobby boxes and there is not a single horizontal card in the bunch. Thought that was pretty cool as I can't remember the last time that happened.

Where is your bangers?

What’s the consensus on best format of opening a full case? Hobby, Jumbo or Hangers?

Opened up a fat pack case and it was pretty decent (especially for about 600 bucks).

Tons of #'d parallels with and indy and gold /75. volpe and caroll blues and 2 SSPs.

From what I've seen Fat Packs is the better value money wise but Hobby you get the added chance for Black /72 and Clear /10 plus the Silver Packs.

I would say Fat Packs, Hobby, Hanger Box in that order JMO

I bought a box on this, I am not a huge Baseball guy anymore, so outside Walker and Carrol, who are the rookies to get in this?

I have seen zero so far. Only hangers and blasters.

Got a nice 1/1 Platinum 1988 Will Clark autograph in my lone jumbo box of S2.
A little too late to do scans tonight, but I'll try to post the box break with pics by tomorrow night for anyone who wants to see it.

My hobby case was pretty underwhelming. 1 Bo Naylor SSP, an Oneil Cruz HFA, and 3 autos out of 12 boxes. Autos were low end rookies. No big color hits either. I'll be grinding to break even and probably never will.

Yoshida, Senga, Volpe (for now lol), Jung, Jordan Walker. Probably missed a couple but those should be most of the main guys.

Yeh...the deception of colors and parallels. But when you boil it down, they almost all of them are just as worthless as base cards. But its "cool" to hit all that color. Parallel Exhaustion is very real in the hobby.

Worth pointing out that “banger” is another word for sausage, essentially the lowest value of all the types of meat.

Stopped at the LCS and snagged some loose hobby packs (15) + 1 silver pack (no jumbos in sight)...hit this beauty along with a Jung RC Gold #/2023, Bae RC SSP and Clemente Mojo ref. Hobby is way better than in series 1.

Was at Walmart earlier today and the MJ Holdings reps were there re-pricing and re-doing the card isle. I saw at minimum 40 Blasters, 3 Hanger Trays, and a couple of what looked like a Fat Pack Box. They also has Optic Basketball. Of course they had it blocked off at both ends with buggies. I was going to ask if I could grab a few but the lady looked like a total B**ch so i didn't bother. Looked like they were just getting started so they had at least a few more hours to go. I plan on hitting it up again in the morning around 6 am before a Dr. Appt and hopefully most of it is still there.
