I'm kind of addicted and have done probably 20 mock and drafted 5 free teams already.

I have a very limited number of days that would work for me to draft a team, so I'm limited to just this league and 1 other with some other BO members this year. But I would have joined at least 3 more leagues by now if I had the time

It's too late to require a prize, and there is no requirement in place. However, I'd be fine with telling everyone to feel free to send some sort of a prize to the winner if they would like. No obligations
