Probably. Don't know off hand. I just never understood why the Clippers would be some overwhelming favorite. Their depth is simply not good. They better make some adjustments to the roster or they may be a first round exit if they aren't careful.

I think it will be Lakers (may lose 1, at most 2 on the way to the Finals) vs Bucks (will probably have several hard-fought series) and Lakers win the chip 4-1.

Assuming they are healthy, they obviously will be better than their record come playoff time.

But to say that they are head and shoulder above everyone else is absurd.

Again, I'll point out that the difference between the 1st seed and the 3rd/4th seed could be huge.

It could be the difference between playing round 1 against a team like the Spurs/Grizzlies/TrailBlazers or playing vs Houston or Dallas.

I'm still siding with the Clips.

Kawhi's hitting his stride. They won't be regular season darlings, and I don't necessarily think they need to be.

That said, health is paramount and a definite concern with them.


Go Pels. Damn I'd love to see both Memphis and NO get into the postseason. We didn't get that privilege with last year's class. Talk about a perfect hobby storm.

I've lost a bit of faith in the Clips and still believe they need a piece or 2.

But then Kawhi has the week he's had and reminds us why he's in the Jordan mould of killers in this League.

They're gonna be tied for 2nd again with this win. Considering just how banged up they've been and how disjointed they've been at times, they are cruising really.

Yes! The end of games is getting terrible. Lots of exciting games where the flow is killed in the final minutes of a nail biter so the refs can split hairs over nothing.

I’m taking the Rockets to win the West. The BO implosion will be biblical. I honestly don’t know who it will be, but I’m not sold on any team to win either conference at this point. I do enjoy the banter on here and how everyone has excuses for every sh** dud game the Clippers have. Yardsticks move according to personal preference.

Yeah you'd think with Jrue and Zion healthy next season, as well as the rest that have missed bulk time, that this team will be must watch tv and be a Playoff team.

I wish the Mavs would pick up someone decent to give them a little more help. There's been a lot of talk about Iguadala but it appears he's just rotting away in Memphis.


And then there's this 3-way trade rumor that is interesting.

It involves trading Drummond to the Celtics. The Celtics trade Hayward to the Mavs. And the Pistons get THJ, Courtney Lee, and 2nd round pick.

Good trade for the Celtics bad trade for the Mavs. If im the Mavs i would trade those players THJ and assets straight up with Detroit for Drummond instead involving the Celtics and Hayward. THJ is already as good if not better than Hayward anyways imo. Trading for Hayward doesn't make sense.

That trade makes absolutely no sense for the Mavs. I don't see how Hayward fits better than THJ. And both contracts expire in 2021, right?
