Maybe just the raw blue? It'd put me ahead of my total Tatis investment.

I'm really torn, cuz I truly believe in him and I don't need the money. I just feel like not locking in some of the gains at this point is too greedy.

Congrats... you should sell two Ref PSA 10. Dump the Purple which is not desirable but you should get the top money for it.

I am torn on my Red Shimmer Auto 8/10 PSA 10. Thinking of taking it to Goldin Auction and get it more than all the offers I am getting in Ebay.

I’m in the same situation, but with Sapphires and 410 parallels. I’ll be selling a few this year, but not quite yet...

Funny I think many of us are in the same situation. Hard to sell when prices keep going up. What if he wins MVP? Padres make a run? I will definitely be selling a handful or upper middle end RCs before season's end but each week goes by I end up adding not selling. Glad I picked Tatis as my PC guy but if he wasnt a Padre or "my guy" it would make selling much easier. Cant complain though...seems like many of us are in a good position. Dont think you can go wrong either way...congrats on the 16 BCs...awesome cards!

It's crazy. As an investor, obviously PSA is king. But as a collector making PC purchases, at these prices I'm taking BGS 9.5 over PSA 10 every day of the week.

If the PSA 10 prices/multiplier are that much higher than BGS 9.5s and even raws, I'm definitely going to look to 'trade down' soon.

Most PSA 9s seem nicer than BGS 9.5, at least in my experience of late.

The gap between psa and bgs 10 is minimal at this point as well.

Yeah from the card inside the case, ive seen PSA9s tend to be cards people think can get a 10 but dont.

Alot of BGS 9.5s are cards people think wont get a PSA10 so they go for a GMMT with BGS

Im seriously considering whether my Blue Wave /75 PSA9 at 2500 is really asking way too much. I may bump it.

I was just listing it to see if i catch someone HAVING to have one and wanting to overpay but if /150 PSA10s are at 2500-3000 i may roll it up

Man this is crazy i havent ever held cards that spike like this. I love me some tatis but i have some anxiety having 10K in cards of a 22yr old who has his entire career ahead of him before he cements his name in greatness.

Crappy scan but COMC just finally sent me an email about my blue Bowman Chrome refractor rc that I bought BEFORE his cards went up. That's how freaking behind they are omg. But I'm glad it arrived... paid $85 for it and hadn't been following the market and wasn't sure if I overpaid. I just liked the pic with the matching blue border. Turns out it was a great purchase lol

I don't disagree, but it also plays a factor that submitting valuable cards to PSA is a much riskier proposition money-wise. I think the artificial scarcity created by the high cost of submission plays into the values as much as the perceived (not true) quality of the cards. And the gap only gets wider as it gets more and more expensive to sub to PSA vs BGS.
