Be funnier if they lost enough to miss the playoffs.

8 doubt the Lakers drop past 6th.
If LeBron missed 6 more games and they lost all 6 i think they're fine. Not sure they're worried about being a 6th seed. The West is solid and has depth but it's not scary.

I agree. Seeding doesn't matter because as long as lebron/AD are healthy, they will beat any team out West.

Scrip club patron might legit be playing the best brand of basketball of his career ATM.
This team is going to be scary once slenderman returns and Flat Earth gets back from his birthday retreat with champagnepapi.

Here's everyone's favorite MVP candidate... [since Jokic is chopped liver to the investorbois]
in crunchtime with an iso on Blake Griffin, should be bbq chicken right? https://streamable.com/a1aqba how about failing to get a decent look on ol No-knees, forcing a fade-away brick, and then letting Griffin beat him to the other end for a lay-up? Am I doing the trolling thing, correct? oh, almost forgot - his team doesn't have enough wins / high enough seed for him to qualify anyway. |

Good lord...
The top teams in the East just don't want to lose, no matter who is out. Going to be a dog fight down the stretch.

Rewatching the Knicks game this morning and my god Obi Toppin is terrible. Watching him is just so cringey. So much for being the most pro-ready prospect.
Gonna say I was right on that one. Can't even say he's young either cause he's really not NBA young.

Bucks have a tough stretch coming up here with a B2B against Boston and then a long western trip. Would not be surprised to see the Bucks drop one or both to the Celtics and have a losing roadtrip

Never understood the Toppin hype. A lot of people had him as a Top 5 pick, pegged him as NBA ready who can do it all.

At least Quickley was good value at 25.

This happens almost every year. There’s always an older player that’s been in college a little bit longer that’s hyped as NBA-ready. It worked with Tim Duncan, but most of the time it flops.

Have to admit I got Toppin wrong. Loved watching him in college and although I never thought his game was perfect, I thought he would translate alright after making a few adjustments. Doesn’t look like it’s happening.

If the Bucks can't wint 1 of 2, the it's proof that Boston has their number. After that, the difficulty of the road trip will likely depend how how healthy their opponents are. Philly is on that road trip right now and opens it vs the Warriors (no Curry) and Lakers (no LeBron, AD).

Other problem is any normal year for the Knicks and he be playing more and possibly developing. But since the Knicks are actually playing decent ball they need to play to win at the same time as develop

I don’t think he was comparing Toppin to Duncan.
