Hi. I just want to make sure my package reaches PSA. I have a confirmed delivery via FedEx Express today 8/27/20, but nothing shows up when I check "find my package" on PSA's website. Do I have anything to worry about? Thanks

Give it a day or two - after delivery, they need to pick up the package and scan it in on their end.

Great info, but 1 thing i still haven't figured out. Are quarterly grading specials treated like bulk submissions? Economy? IDK if i've seen any info on that. Since they can been smaller orders i'd KINDA assume they'd be relatively quick compared to a 200+ card order.

Was worried they were taking a longer time to log this order in the system, but once they did, it zipped right through research, and onto Grading. Hoping they can make it through grading by the weekend.

Bulk submission submitted through Clay:

PSA Entry on 4/14
Received back from PSA 8/27

At least my 8 and 2 9s weren't on big cards.

Didn't think the SGA checker would gem and I know one of the Mahomes Optics that got a 10 had a bad back corner. Fairly pleased overall.

Results:

10s - 10
9s - 4
8s - 1

In general, is a quarterly grading special going to go slower than economy or about the same? If I am packing with more than one order, should I write the quarterly grading special on the outside or economy on the outside?

Also, can I submit multiple orders of the same quarterly grading special? As in, have a submission in month 1 of the quarter and then again in month 3 of the quarter?

Quarterly grading depends on submission volume for that special. I would "suspect" that these are a tad quicker than ultra modern bulk and modern bulk.

If packing more than 1 order, write the fast order time frame on the outside of the box.

Yes, you can submit as many quarterly special subs as you would like. No limit.

Based on the price, why would you expect it to be as fast as economy? I would expect it to take a similar amount of time as bulk orders, just based on the price alone. Of course PSA is so backed up with bulk orders, that they may be faster than bulk orders.

Also, on the details page for each special, it says to write "QGS #X" on the outside of the box, where X is the special number. But if you have another submission at a quicker level, then write that on the box.

Thanks for getting some info on this. I'm interested to see tracking info on the grading specials. I sent one in less than 2 weeks ago and don't know what to expect. Maybe i'll share my info here. I got my first 15 back from vouchers in right about 2 months, on par with others in here. And yeah, you write quarterly grading special #X in place of whatever level of service. Always write the fastest service included on the box tho.

Thanks to bluestreak and you for the info. I don't really have any expectations, just wondering where in the spectrum the turnaround time falls. I would hope maybe they are able to complete some quarterly grading specials within the quarter submitted, but that hope may be misplaced due to the huge volumes they are seeing and the backup.

As for the marking, I guess I didn't phrase my question very well. I did read through the guidelines for submitting the grading special and what to write on the outside, but for my shipment I combined 1 grading special with a small ecconomy order and a small reholder order. I was debating between writing economy on the outside of the box and QGS # on the outside of the box. I chose QGS #. We shall see how long that takes.

In this instance I'm pretty sure economy would have been the faster of the services and probably what you should have written on the box. I think the quarterly specials are a nice way of saying bulk.

Can I ship multiple orders inside the same box with the highest service level marked outside? Have 6 express auto/card, 6 express non auto, 10 cards at $50 level, and 100 economy cards at $20.

I have only done an express order before...many thanks!
