Had one listed at $20 for a few months and finally got an offer of $18 this week. Still selling low in my opinion

I bought heavy on him a few years ago (not LVDan heavy, just mortal heavy) so I'm happy to see him put up ace numbers. Also drafted him on my fantasy baseball team so I'm all-in on Freddy!

Default Freddy Peralta....New Brewers Ace?

Here’s a horrible picture of my Freddys. Still looking around for the 3rd clear which I’ve misplaced in the last few weeks. Now leading the NL in K/9 and hits allowed/9

A little better

The reds and the blacks are what separate the men from the boys.

I just have gold refractors.

I threw a $43 snipe at the black 9 that Hawaii mike auctioned last week. Was pretty surprised to win it for $35 so...incoming!
In other news a very savvy buyer I pushed an offer to on Thursday for the clear just snagged that. Now I’ve gotta find the other one today at my boys nap time hopefully.
If anyone wants to dabble in any of these PM me.

Always been a fan of Peralta. With Woodruff and Burnes the Brew Crew should have a nice 3-man rotation come playoff time. Fun to watch three young arms do so well.

I'm a huge Peralta fan since his debut. Love to see him playing well even if that means that his cards will be more expensive to buy for me.
If he can develop another pitch and master his control issues he might be a very solid starting pitcher for the brewers.

His “off”games seem to now be 2 or 3 ERs instead of the 5 run meltdowns of the past. Limiting the walks is super important as it’s clear that he’s usually tough to string a bunch of hits together against.
I’ll be surprised if all 3 of them don’t finish top 10 in era at season’s end.
If Hiura and Bradley were just average and Yelich could consistently stay productive and healthy they’d be the epitome of a live dog in the playoffs. Unfortunately the offense is so bad they probably won’t sniff a wild card.
If I were a Brewer fan I’d be pretty frustrated to see that they’re going to waste having a dominant Hader and easily the best 123 rotation in the game.

He is the leader this season in games with 5 or 6 innings pitched and allowing 1 or fewer hits. Just incredible his season

Very little, scored a red salute auto shown previously in the June Pickups thread sitting in my store for a pretty penny.

Have a couple SSP's from update, his Mother's Day Pink and a few golds & rainbows (pink likely going to PSA next month) with a nice stack of chromes for s's and g's

Selfishly hate to see him in tandem last night but they are trying to keep him fresh for a playoff push. He was also skipped out of the AS break. What a season for this guy so far.
102IP 45H 140K. With a little shave of the BB totals(46)he would be super elite.

Most starts in a single season allowing two hits or fewer in AL/NL history

Freddy Peralta (MIL): 12 in 2021**
Nolan Ryan (TEX): 11 in 1991
Nolan Ryan (HOU): 10 in 1986

**doesn't include "openers"
it's still July
I know there's a "record" to frame almost any narrative nowadays but that's damned impressive nonetheless. I guess it makes sense with BA across the league plummeting this year.
The team's safe playoff position and caution with his innings is the only thing stopping him from serious CYA consideration at this point.
Big ol breakout. If they can finish strong they may be able to get a home field series against SD or LA if they meet in the playoffs. No one would enjoy a long series against that big 3. Even with the Dodgers acquiring everyone this week, they would be as live as a dog can be.

Freddy has been legit, i have a hard time holding pitchers but thankfully kept a few nice ones for the future

Jelly of your PSA 10 SSP, both of mine are 9'ers at best and a few others i have seen had corner ding (seemingly always in the top right)

My only regret with his cards is not buying a few hundred TCU back in 2019 for a dime a piece when I loaded up on Biebs, Meadows, Flaherty and the other "other guys".
I have about 40 or so but they came from my breaks for the most part.
Sold a couple red refractors last night. Still have 2 though plus the 2 red autos.
I expect to sell one of those autos in the next few weeks.

On a side note, I'm just really happy for this kid. Seems like the last few years he's been stretched out in Spring Training to battle for the fifth spot in the rotation and he just couldn't get his control down, despite moments of brilliance. Just really happy for him that he got to remain a starter and has been able to completely tap into his full talent. I'm rooting for him (plus he's crushed it for my fantasy team all year).

Congrats, Freddy!

I want to celebrate the great Brewers season and, of course, Freddy Peralta season as SP and my PC guy.
A pic of my Freddy little corner with part of my collection (and a Jesus Aguilar signed ball).
Most of my collection is on my ShipMyCards account, here in Spain i only have like 30 or 40 cards but now i have like 120 cards or something like that.
