Haven't watched much college football, but the Titans sorely need a pass rusher. They'll probably draft 2.

my offseason 49er hopes.

Option 1: Release Jimmy G + Dee Ford (free up $40 million) Draft Justin Fields + sign 3 FA starters with the money that is free'd up
Option 2: Trade the #12 pick + 2022 1st round pick for Deshaun Watson. Sign 2 mid level defensive backs with remaining money free'd up.
Option 3: Move up and draft Caleb Farley. Release Jimmy G & Dee Ford. Sign Jameis Winston. Add 3 FA starters (OL, safety, DL)

I’m a Lions fan, love Staffod as a person and believe he still has a lot of talent left at age 32. However, I believe it’s time for a complete rebuild, so if there’s any way to move Stafford and his huge contract I’d be all for it. Hopefully in return you get some draft picks or address some defensive needs, then draft the best available QB.

As stated above I’m a Lions fan, but living in NY where Giants and Jets fans run wild. If I’m the Jets, I trade out of the #2 spot for draft picks and position needs on offense. I would keep Darnold around one year. Let him play for his next contract while allowing the core group to play together next season to build a foundation with the new coach and then draft the best QB you can next year in 2022 if Darnold doesn’t work out.

With all the $$$ they save by his release, $37 million will go to Trent and Fred. Then they HAVE to sell the farm in draft capital for a QB. By doing that, they are going to be extremely thin in the secondary, but it's the only way.

#3 is the only option that is even a little realistic.

Rousseau at #10? Edge is a probably the 4th priority for Dallas behind DT, CB/S, and LB. I’d even take OL before Edge in the 1st.

You think because of inactivity from opting out or They really think demarcus or aldon will wake up again this year with a new DC/DL coach ?

Aside from the QB's, it seems like many of the top prospects opted out of the 2020 season. I think Penei Sewell will have the biggest, immediate impact.

49ers draft a QB in the first round, prefer Fields, but i'm okay with Lance too

Probably a WR. They can't help but keep drafting receivers in the first round.

As a Lions fan whose AFC team is the Jets, this is a not unreasonable take.

I wouldn't gamble a Top 10 pick on a project like Rousseau. His frame isn't that impressive (his legs are extremely thin) and he doesn't use his length well at all. His punch is weak, he lets inferior OL push him around and get their hands on him.

Anyone think the Phins take a another stab at a QB?

Similar to the Rosen then Murray Cardinals' consecutive 1st round drafts

Nah

Which doesn’t mean I like Tua

It’s just not the #1 pick

Fields, Wilson, or that other dude aren’t worth giving up on Tua

If Miami was drafting #1?

Tua would be on the street

Compliment to your boy

Eagles better not mess it up this year and take the wrong receiver like they did last year taking Reagor over Jefferson and the year before with Arcega-Whiteside over DK.

If they are there take JaMar Chase or Devonta Smith. No and, ifs or buts about it.

So 2021 draft could have 6 QB's go in the 1st round. Lawrence, Fields, Wilson, Lance, Trask, and Jones. Has it happened before that 6 QB's have gone in the 1st round?

Interesting rumor going around - potential Tua to the Texans for Deshaun Watson.

Default Possibly

This is a really strong QB class and what teams I think have seen from this past year is rookie QB's are coming in much more prepared.

So he's not all that serious about football either?

Man, these guys are allergic to success.
