Any further news on 2020-21 Metal Universe Hockey?

Worth 3-4 boxes at $375-400/each?

Based on initial product checklist analysis it looks to be pretty good.

I got some hope that the price will go down on boxes for this. There's a store that is selling live box of Extended Series for 25CAD less per box than the pre-sales.

I thought they were high at $175-$225...I guess the distributors haven't got the memo about prices coming down.

It's a mid-end set with PMG's and so on.

They are trying to pump out this crap for the Big Boy flippers that love the NBA pmgs, little do they know hockey collectors could care less ablut flipping for the most part. You could buy old hockey that had pmgs for less then half these new boxes and those will always be more rare.

I don’t know where you’re looking but Fleer Showcase boxes aren’t cheap. PMGs are still valuable in hockey, flipping doesn’t matter. It’s about the PMGs rookies of Laf, Stu and Kap. Plus PMGs of Ovie, Matthews, McDavid, etc which will carry value.

That was true till last year since then they all got pumped up.
