Had 8 at 146 then while checking out got the error cart has been emptied

This is like Spectra. Panini saw it was really popular for basketball and football, and they assumed the same would hold true for baseball. They don't really grasp that baseball people have so much less interest in their product than football and basketball people do, even if the design is the same (and often better than what Topps is putting out).

And, like Spectra baseball, it's likely to land with a resounding thud. Which is too bad, because I kind of like the mosaic design.

Really, we could get by with NT Baseball and some kind of Chronicles with 25 different base sets in it, and I think that would be the happy medium point for baseball collectors. The rest of it is just superfluous.

You're right but there is a huge difference. Mosaic baseball is cheap and was always cheap. At one point Spectra hobby was over $1000 a box. Spectra FOTL sold out at almost 4 times what Mosaic baseball FOTL sold out at. So if you like the Mosaic baseball it is a cheap break. If you like Spectra and bought you probably got murdered.

I was going to order one but then I watched someone unbox on YouTube and there were a ton of printing issues. It was like half the box.
