It's been a few years since anyone has posted to this thread but I thought it would be an interesting update that at least one Quadruple Diamond Shaquille O'Neal has been found and Graded by PSA (8.5).

Here's what is weird.
The Shaq is card number 45 in Single, Double, and Triple Diamond variations.
The set checklist contains card numbers 1-120 with MJ as 1-13 and #22 (and 23 in sample). Where did card number 156 come from in the only Quadruple Diamond Shaq ever seen?

Occoms Razor,it is 2004-05 Black Diamond base Shaquille. He's a quad in the set, and number 156.

Thanks for the clarification! It is possible that some of these exist, but it is highly doubtful.

wow nice thread bump! I've always wondered about the quadruple as well and just chalked up as a never made card - but I never thought to check the PSA pop charts to see that quadruple. I wonder how long that's been in there. Now that's just funny to see that it's a PSA label mistake....sigh... Kudos to phdbeckett for the lightbulb moment!

The more I learn and see from the grading companies the less I want to send things too them.
