I'm trying to think of a good comp for him but nobody quite comes to mind yet.

One thing that is rather funny is how long the Joey Gallo thread is thanks to people who love to complain about guys struggling to "bat" .200 and then when really good ".300" hitters emerge it's like they don't even notice

Haha! Totally! The kid really is clutch too. I think a good comp currently is altuve or Luis arraez.

Awesome cards! I just started dipping my toes back into collecting this week after several years. I've already started picking up some of his more affordable stuff, including a couple autos. He's been fun to watch for sure.

it's a nice card - I should've just bid on it because the reason I was holding off [a big nba card I wanted] went way out of my range tonight

Has anyone else noticed light creasing on the back of all of his 2021 Bowman Chrome Sapphire cards? I just started examining all of mine for grading and they all have it. Parallels and regulars. Is this a known problem on 2021 Bowman Chrome Sapphire in general or just the bad luck of Andres?
