Agreed, but not that the authenticators always get it right even 90% of the time. The authenticators have the same problems graders do.

These are people who ASSume that Ebay is a safe platform to purchase autographs from.

Over the 20 years I've been exposing sellers of forgeries, I've been asked from buyers of forgeries "Why hasn't so-and-so been shut?" "Why are they still allowed to sell?"

Attached is a photo of a forged Aaron Judge jersey that sold for $256.00 with a sham COA from Signature Authentication from Ebay seller Weez845.

The mindset of the buyer is that they got lucky "Getting it for that price."

Or is the buyer aware that the autograph is questionable, but they have "bragging rights" to owning an "Aaron Judge autographed jersey?"
