Well now that we have footage we can see it happened pretty much as I described it. The only prediction I made that hasn't happened is the charges being dropped and I would bet anything that is going to happen in the near future. Louisville PD is getting reamed.

But please tell us more about short buses. You're clearly quite familiar with them.

In light of the new video being released and the fact that the officer never turned his bodycam on, a HUGE no-no, all charges will soon be dropped. I can see the officer being brought up on charges of making a false claim, since nowhere in the video does it show him being dragged. It doesn't matter what happened before the video started because if he had dragged the officer before that, he would have been dragged out of his vehicle before he approached the entrance any further. You can see Scottie, driving maybe 10-15 feet forward and the officer running to catch up and the officer banged on Scottie's vehicle to get him to stop.

There was a police fabricated case that happened a month ago. For 2 days, there were looking for a hit and run driver on an off-duty cop in an Ironman event. The hit and run driver was found and a felony charge, but a dashcam video from a brave bystander reversed the story that the officer hurt himself by kicking the car. He broke his ankle when his leg swung back and unbuckled. The person filming the video clearly said why you kick the car?!?!?!? The tragedy is that 2-3 officers that witnessed the kick, kept the story with the hit and run charge.

As for Scheffler, Louisvilled PD messed up 2x- 1 no up-close video and 2nd most disturbing, if he was charged with a felony, why did he get released immediately. I just read that the arresting officer has a checker police past with reprimands and doing car do-nuts (lol). Slam dunk for Scheffler for no-bill.
