So at least in my case, I'm making a bet on KyShawn George and Prizm Silvers have the best liquidity. The price point is insanely cheap < $5ea shipped and I bet I'll be able to sell these for $10-20ea shipped this year.

but I have considered trying to get an entire print run of a serial numbered card for fun but that's probably impossible.
I suppose that makes sense then, it's about turning a profit in that case.

It's the low serial # stuff where like someone wants to own all 10 prizm gold's or something, that seems greedy not giving another collector a chance to own one, if that makes sense too haha.

I watched a guy online open an Ebay "Repack" lot. Every pack had only 1987 Topps Tony Gwynn cards except one....it had all 1988 Topps Tony Gwynn cards!

at one point (sadly no longer) I had 5000 LeBron Fleer USA RCs and about 7k Carmelos. They were a result of the fleer sell off auction at the time and I got them from whomever originally acquired them. I think I paid .25 each for the lebrons and .10 each for the Anthony's. they were all gradeable but it was before I was into grading. I think I sold the LeBrons for like .50 each 2015ish. I think i took a loss on the Anthony's. sold them all for like $150.
If only I had held those...i probably still have a pic somewhere.

Back in the day when these were around 25-40 bucks I had around 25. Kick myself for selling them. https://www.ebay.com/itm/33610582662...Bk9SR5S2seSSZg

So now that we know how many excess Fleer LeBron were printed and dumped on the market, does price go down?
