Just got notification that my 17-18 Essentials retail rookie auto redemption shipped.

Figured no way I'd ever see the day after such a delay (and Tatum apparently no longer signing for Panini I believe I read somewhere), so I'm pleasantly surprised.

Okay I’ve got a very strange question, and I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience...

While going through cards I was hoping to send in for grading, I stumbled across a tiny little fingerprint, so I tried to fog it up a little bit, and cleaned it up. As it was fogged up I noticed the outline of a rectangle (above the RC logo) that would ordinarily be where the sticker auto goes...? Then I noticed a blue dot (looks like ink?) in that same spot. I tried to photograph it, but not sure if anyone will be able to see what I see in that 1st photo.

I’m wondering if a sticker was applied and then removed? Not sure where the blue ink came from, but that is the color of the auto on the stickers, so who knows...

Bucks on opening night and the Nets on Christmas day.

I'm looking forward to seeing Tatum take over and become a truly dominant player this year. I've seen it in him in flashes since he was a rookie. When i say dominant i mean the other team has no answer for him. He gets on these runs/spurts where he's just doing everything on defense and offense. When he gets in that mode he just takes over the game. He's always kind of been a little timid or passive to a degree but he's also gotten a little more aggressive each year. Last year we really started noticing him taking over since the All-Star break on. I think this is the year we see the alpha Tatum. Because he's got it in him and when he gets in that mode there's nothing the other team can do to stop him. What makes him special is he's a truly great 2 way player. He does everything well. He's like Kawhi. They both bring the same element to their teams. I think Brown will be even better this year also.

Losing Hayward was not a big deal in a way that will hurt them imo. If anything it was good because now there's less mouths to feed and we should mean more production for Tatum, Brown, Kemba. Plus they gained a $28.5M TPE they can still get another star player if they want. I think Ainge is just waiting for the right opportunity to present itself. Thompson was a decent pick up but i would like to see them use that TPE to sign a really good Center. That's the only thing thats holding them back a little. I still think they'll be either be 1st or 2nd in the East this year.

Totally agree with this! Believe he will start strong and this this thread will become more popular as a result
