Played 21 minutes in the first half and barely looks winded, plus I'm pretty sure he played something like 15 minutes straight to end the half. Such an insane improvement compared to last year where they had to play him in like 5-minute bursts.

Yep, the 16 points and 8 boards in the first half is nice, but it's the 21 minutes played without looking tired is what's impressive. If he can play 35+ mins a game he is going to put up some insane numbers.

I was gonna respond to this but I see it's old hat now.

Going to take some time to get in sync situationally. Being more aggressive down low against Bam and Leonard (and taking those fouls) is the key to opening the offense back up.

If Zion can work in a mid range jumper with confidence, look out. His defenders give it to him since they’re protecting the blow by and rim attack. First half performance today was impressive.

People said the same things about Zion last year and yet he still averaged 22.5 points/g in 27.8 min/g (that was as out of shape Zion)

That’s because he is awful. The Pelicans are not a good team. They have two good players and a roster full of scrubs. Having Lonzo and Bledsoe on the court at the same time is scary.

Has looked bad in the 4th.... he is clearly tired. His play has been sloppy and it looked like he panicked a bit early in the 4th and tried to force some stuff that wasn’t there.
