The Mavs were right all along.

So they're 5 and 4 in their last 9.

And I think 9 and 9 over their last 18.

This team is going to be interesting. Kyrie can't string a full season together, neither can AD.

This is gonna get bad quick.

Whereas the Lakers are probably at their lowest right now. With a crazy amount of upside. Trust me, I hate it too. But it's facts.

It's not weird at all. LeBron can play any position. Luka can't, so he'll be the on-the-ball forward. It doesn't take a genius to see that having Luka off-the-ball won't work.

Great game from the Lakers, though. Time will tell if they can play like that consistently.

A few Luka to Lebron fast break layups and dunks yesterday. If they can keep up the transition points and Rui can score 10-15 points a game, should be exciting to watch.

Agree it was cool to see and both players had a good defensive game. Lebron seems more motivated with Luka.

And that's with Luka only playing in 4 of those games, as he comes back from injury and not playing for over a month. Lakers have a real shot at the 2 seed.

Watched most of LAL@DEN, first Lakers Luka game I watched, still super weird to see him in the Lakers jersey but it is fun to watch him and LeBron on the court together.

2 of the highest BBIQ players ever. Wasn't sure they'd be able to make a run this year but probably should never count out LeBron and Luka.

The Lakers annoy me but for the memes I'm totally on board with the LA Lukas winning a championship after the Mavs traded him. Bonus meme potential if the Mavs squeak into the playoffs and LA is able to meet up with them and knock them out in brutal fashion.

If you bought Prizm base or Silvers anywhere near peak, then you might be willing to take any sort of bounce. The Lakers trade helped his market, but there's no MVP in his immediate future, and a championship out of this team still seems like a long shot this season.
