Gunther sucks.
Yes, the ending was terrible. He doesn't suck, but Gunther is the most overrated wrestler in WWE. His 2 best matches in WWE were not even as Gunther. They were as WALTER and both were 5+ years ago.

This garbage tournament is beyond snakebit. For the stakes and competitors involved it's the worst tournament I've ever seen. The way it's going, Gunther will probably have a major injury in the Finals match. Would WWE be dumb enough to have someone else be Cena's last match or give 1 of the other half dozen guys that should have the match anyway get the match instead?

I think it's pretty clear especially with the Little Cena bit that it's going to be Dom and he will beat Cena to regain his IC Title. And yes I know Dom isn't in the tournament but I can see him losing at SS and somehow getting inserted as a replacement for someone.

It's getting old seeing the same thing in both War Games 'stories', them all brawling for seemingly no reason. They have enough storylines that the teams sorta make sense (the women's is harder to get to than the men's), but I wish they went a bit deeper than just all brawling a couple times leading up to the match.

War Games is just bad in general. Every year they have to make up reasons for guys to be on teams. Brock is there for absolutely no reason.

Also one of mens team is the same as last year's except Cody is in over Sami Zayn.

Womens match is botch city and almost unwatchable.

This did add some intrigue with Roman saying " The title would look better on his shoulder " and leaving you in suspense who he was talking to Cody or Punk or perhaps both. Possibly setting him up to win The Rumble and go on to challenge for one or both titles. They could do a singles match or have a triple threat and if Roman wins he gets the title from whoever he pins.

And I can hear the crying already about he's a part timer and shouldn't be the champion but we lived with Lesnar being a part time champion for what 3-4 years seems like and Undertaker was a part timer but every year got the Main Event spot at WM.

I think for the men last years was fine, 2023 was excellent (they had done a good job having the Judgement Day feud with all the guys on the other team), 2022 was amazing. The match itself is fun, I liked it as a kid watching WCW, but they should treat it like they do HiAC, or TLC. You don't need a PPV every year just to have the match, have the match if the scenario fits. HHH did a great job getting rid of those PPVs and making the matches feel special again, he's doing the opposite here.

Here's the thing about War Games, and it's the same as with all gimmick matches, there has to be a real reason for it. Having War Games every year dilutes the importance of a War Games match.

Just like the triple threat between Reigns/Punk/Rollins, there are no real stakes in this match. If the faces win, so what? The heels are still gonna do what they're gonna do. If the heels win, so what? What does it even mean in the grand scheme of things?

War Games should be the end of some blood feuds. This ain't it.

I agree. Treat it like a Hell in a Cell match. It *should* be the epitome of the feud. But when there's a 'feud' that happens around the same time every year and has repeating members year after year, it just dilutes it.

I would like Roman challenge Punk for the WHC. Say the WWE undisputed universal champion is the top title because he made it the top title. Now he's going to take the WHC off punk and make it the most important title in the WWE.

Could it be possible that Cena will do double duty at Survivor Series this Saturday?

- Brock Lesnar costs Cena the IC title in a relatively quick match against Dom
- Lesnar's team takes out one member of the Rhodes/Punk/Reigns/Usos team before the WarGames match
- Cena then joins the Rhodes/Punk/Reigns/Usos team as replacement

^^^ It's an interesting idea, I have my money on Liv returning and costing Cena the IC Title...

If Lesnar were to take out anybody on the team, the only option is Jimmy Uso...
People would be super pissed if any of the other four weren't in the match, nobody cares about Big Jim...

Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch have revealed they keep receiving the middle finger while driving their Tesla Cybertruck. This resulted in Rollins recently snapping at a passerby.

Seth Rollins: "I almost snapped the other day on a person who flipped me off while I was driving my truck. I did, not almost, I actually did. I have a black Cybertruck, and in LA that's like you're the enemy. We have a Model 3 or Y, whatever, too. Drive around in that thing and no one gives a sh*t. Elon went absolutely nuts and I bought it like kind of right before that. I just really like the electric cars, I like the brand."

Becky Lynch: "One of his friends had bought it and put the down payment on it, and then he decided he didn’t want it anymore. We needed a second car so Colby was like, 'Okay, I'll get it from you.' We needed a second car anyway, we like electric cars. Friends of the environment, not Elon. So he got the car, but everywhere we go we get flipped off."

Seth Rollins: "This guy, I was driving my daughter to school. She [Becky] was in the back seat with Roux. This guy, this little guy, just walking his dog on the side of the road, we were just driving, I make this turn, and unwarranted, he just goes like this [sticks his middle finger up]. Real tough, real tough guy with his little dog. And I was like, ‘Urgh, God.’ And she didn’t see it. I’m like, ‘Tell me to just keep driving, tell me to just keep driving.’ She was like, ‘Just drive. What happened? What’s going on?’ We started to turn away and I was like, ‘No.’

"I hit the brakes and I wrapped it back around, and I went up and found this guy, and I parked the car and got out and I just ran up to this guy and I’m like, ‘You don’t know who the f*ck people are. You don’t know what people are going through. I’m just trying to take my goddamn daughter to school.’ I’m like, ‘You don’t know sh*t about people.’ Then I started going in on him. I’m like, ‘I don’t agree with politics’ and this and that. And he tried to apologise."

Becky Lynch: "He was like, ‘It wasn’t you, it’s the car.’ Well the car can’t see you flipping it off."

Everyone's a tough guy when they're online and can act like a jerk on their phone. We need to normalize calling people out when they act like that in real life and bring back common courtesy when interacting with our fellow humans.

I’ve seen the Liv thing floated a bunch but why would she return to HELP Dom? She’s seen for months him be buddy buddy with Roxanne.

Ric Flair continues to be the douche we all know him as...

In an interview...he stated the "real reason" Hulk Hogan died was due to "street drugs"...the doctors wouldn't prescribe him any more pain pills after surgery..and that he knows it "as a fact"..and that the media would be reporting on it in the next month, but "he didn't want to speak on it"...

In a follow up tweet, after receiving criticism...instead of outright apologizing...just repeated his stance that he was "told by family members"...

What an #@#@#@#@#@#@#@...if he indeed told that by family members, he just decided to share it for...no reason?

Reports have surfaced from other wrestlers in the final segment on Raw where Lesnar supposedly botched his entrance when he fell down that there was actually something on the stage be it water where someone earlier had wet their hair or oil as some guys are known to oil down their body to get that shine for the camera. Several other people also have said they almost slipped and fell coming to the ring for that segment. So for those who like to blame Brock for botching or being careless during his entrance this time seems there was a legit reason.

Seems there's some pride fighting going on backstage today...

Reports are they have had a rough time figuring out how the men's War games match will "play out"...even down to arguments over who enters when, and how the entrances effect the match

If they're fighting over something like this no wonder guys like Oba Femi and Trick Williams are still in NXT.

This is a new stip - if anyone leaves the War Games cage, that person's team automatically forfeits.

Sounds as though we're definitely getting a heel turn from someone.

Hmm, no shark cages with the participants waiting for their turn.

Yeah I thought so too. Even before hearing that I was thinking Flair could walk out on the team to turn heel.
