No if you meant the pic from my post, that was a double-pic from a post of Fenian's- guy is holding a purple in that (yea definitely not silver haha). I was referring to the gray/silver looking spiderman at lower left in the first pic. Could see someone getting that and thinking they hit silver.

Also the real silver spidey on ebay is showing no longer available....possibly a private sale? If these silvers do end up going in the thousands, and looks like bronze are pricing at a few hundred right now at least...it really is something what kind of deal this thing was. Tier 1 was like $60? So if that person got a silver, it could be a return of thousands without even the book. Tier 2 was $295 and that probably gives 3 total bronze, way more than paying back the 295, before signed/limited book itself. Compared to the original art which was pretty high priced, heck those werent bad ways to go just from a value standpoint. FPG adding the free extra to everything was big.

If these are actually going to go for real money I might have to list my Psylocke.

I was a basic level or whatever its called backer and just opened mine. With the colored Hulk card I got a bronze Hulk #'d 367. They must've made a ton of these right?

I'm happy, I love the Hulk card and am going to keep it, might've sold the Psylocke. Well I guess I'm keeping it unless people pay stupid money for it lol

Hulk should actually be the rarer of the Spidey-Psylocke-Hulk bronze set, since it was not a guarantee in the tier 2 pledges. Confirmed 800 Spideys. I think 600 Psylockes. And 400 Hulks.

It’s early so prices are highest probably, but so far looks like a few hundred, maybe like 300 for a Hulk, which is surprisingly high for something /400. I think people are factoring in the Kickstarter exclsuive element (always raises price), plus the long journey of the project and all it involved (I could see why a seller wouldn’t want to part with one for less than a few hundred). Plus the high quality bronze itself is neat.

Totally agree. I'd like the full bronze set, but would certainly love a silver Spidey -- who wouldn't?

3 day 99 cent auction up for a yellow Zombie Psylocke. Good way to judge value I guess

In the interest of sharing data...
I backed each round of original art and received a survey for round one, shipping notification and then the package arrived today. It contained the Hulk metal card and an Orange Zombified Psylocke.

I completed the survey for the second original art round last week and received a shipping notification this morning. I'm guessing that's the package for round two.

Really cool of FPG to give us these extras and little surprises. If you're reading this FPG you have my thanks.

In the kickstarter updates, I read a lot of really really negative comments from kickstarters that were ... I mean, borderline threats? I got my cards and was so blown away I made it a point to go leave a very positive comment on the goodies shipped update. I'm not sure if they read them all but it would probably put a dent in the negativity if you could leave a comment there.

If I'm also blown away by the books, I'll also make it a point to leave a positive comment. Sure, these things are super late but the quality is outlandish -- plus it seems like a delay could have been because of psylocke's busted face not meeting artist standards after seeing them. I also noticed small billet flaws in my non zombie psylocke so maybe those issues also delayed shipment as they selected only the best for shipment.

I dont recall seeing borderline threat comments. My view is a bit different than this- the comments were overwhelmingly positive/enthusiastic the entire time. Even after the pushbacks all through last year and this year. True some backers asked legitimate questions about when we can expect the book and some expressing frustrations at the communication, but if you take the comments as a whole the majority are in vast support and positive.

Tried to find them and now I'm seeing "This person has canceled their pledge." instead of the comments. Source.

Idk, I dont recall seeing threatening comments and I was following the comments pretty closely. Possible I missed one or two. The worst example I saw was some backer basically saying the handling of the project was terrible and inexcusable but I dont remember it being threatening (that was 1 guy out of tons of enthusiastic and positive comments throughout. If anything people asking legitimate questions about book progress and communication were met with resistance and sometimes silenced- for an example of this, see what happened to me during this project upthread). Mostly comments seem positive if you look at the various updates ('I dont care about delays...Im just going to be psyched to get it!' etc).

Anyway, I think FPG went above and beyond with these extras, and they really enhanced the pledges, from both a coolness aspect and value aspect as well. There are several things that I wish went differently throughout the project, especially regarding communication, but when the books come, assuming they do, I'll be glad.

I think they have to read them all in order to selectively delete the negative ones and/or cancel the pledges of people leaving negative comments.

Super-glad that you got something and you're happy with it. For those of us who expected a publisher with "over 200 million in sales over 35 years" to be somewhat more professional about how they go about handling a relatively simple pre-sale, well...

Update: The shipping notification I mentioned above is for something else, not the second package of Kickstarter rewards.

For the OA round 2 pledge, you havent received any tracking then? Only thing I can think of is because it's the very last pledge chronologically, so last to go out. But questioning now if they are sending extras for that pledge at all...some people received extras half a month ago. Email sent a week+ ago went unanswered.

Correct, no tracking yet for the round 2 OA pledge. But after I received the survey for OA round 1 I asked if I would get a package for the OA round 2 and FPG said yes. I received the survey on the second Kickstarter account used for OA round 2 pledge several days later.

I agree that the OA round 2 rewards will probably be the last to go out as it seems they are doing it in order of lowest to highest tiers. I'm sure they're doing their best to get these out. I can't imagine the volume of work this has been.

Good to hear. Getting any info is quite hard. Since OA round 1's have already been shipped and mostly delivered, I would think OA round 2 should be very soon, since there's nothing else left.
