Again no clue what you're talking about. Any attractive product with a low price is going to sell out quick. Virtually no one thought this would be $130 or less with a 10 per limit. You didn't. If we knew the price and limit the day before almost everyone would have said it's a good buy and will sell out quick. You thought bots would be buying at $200. If they were interested at $200 wouldn't they have screwed up the site for all normal users at $130? It would have been very tough for normal buyers to get in orders at $130. It was as easy a checkout as any in demand online exclusive in history. Anyone could have placed 50+ orders if Topps allowed it. Many people placed several orders of 10 each using multiple accounts. 1000s of boxes bought by people just in this thread. We were both wrong with our predications. The only difference is you somehow think you were right.

I guess I should just post in every thread that if a product people want is available at a low price it will sell out quick. State the equivalent of 1+1= 2. You're a genius.

Most of us wouldn't be able to convince our friends to drop 5 figures on a 2021-22 NT RPA Cade Cunningham card but somehow you managed to do it (don't know why you would ever do that to a friend though). Dang, that's probably a sub-$4k card now.

Yes it's the key rookies 2nd sapphire, yes the auto odds are huge. But for the offer price, small checklist with over 1/3 RC logo cards (around 123?), possible 2 each JRod and Witt base cards and 1 base Wander plus chance at the big 3 parallels, it was a no brainer. With so little of Topps Chrome Sapphire (no chance at sapphire JRod auto) being ripped, the masses may forego paying for the higher priced TC 1st sapphire JRod and seek out the lower 2nd same year sapphire instead. This is also if none of the other RCs pan out at all over the next few years. And then there's the gamblers who want an on card sapphire JRod auto no matter what the price is...this is what breakers live for, for better or worse. A lot of this product will be broken...singles for everyone. The market will decide what an unopened box will settle at as spring training nears. Will be interesting if no other retailer/distributor has this product (i.e. Target, etc.)...that is an X factor right now.

Don't underestimate the hype machine, especially now that there's some momentum.

Problem is that historically, Bowman's Best is a product that is an afterthought when compared to the main flagship products...does not get the same hobby love from collectors, even with the value you mentioned. But collect what you like and what your budget say is worth the money.

Bowman Chrome is my favorite but look out for this to be a close second to many collectors.

Only a fraction of collectors actually care for Bowman's Best. Good-looking cards that are only desired by a few. Because cards are cheaper (due to lesser demand), it's a good collector's product.
