Respectfully, they don't need your business. It's like a fast food restaurant with a line around the block EVERY day. If you get out of line, saying "They lost my business" is as hollow as it gets.

You can't take PSA wait times personally. Everyone has had a sub take an offensive amount of time, everyone has had a bulk pop earlier than expected.

I’m not taking the wait times personally, I’m taking the fact that my order has been pushed aside while dozens of newer orders (some sent in 3 months after mine) are being processed ahead of mine. I waited until business day 130 passed before deciding something needed to be done when it was obvious my order was still weeks away from completion yet I see every 1-2 days new bulk orders are shipped that were received in April/May.

And yes, if enough ppl get out of line businesses will fail. If you fail to meet demand or change the way you do business to meet changing demographics, then that old business model may get pushed aside. It’s obvious to everyone in the hobby a new regulated grading system is needed, it’s just a matter of time before someone does something about that whether PSA changes their lead times, BGs/SGC decide they need to reinvent how things or done, or maybe a new grader with deep pockets and morals enters the space.

Really lots of random cards...no "big chunk" of any one set/player.

I have over 400 cards either on their way to PSA or at PSA already...feeling more confident than before.

Just to note: I did not change my grading standards from last submission to this. It's the same...same cards I sub, same cards I remove because of condition issue. So, it's truly either you get a GOD or one in a good mood.

I don't sub cards that I feel will be a 9. So, I understand if some of the gems drop down to 9...but not 72% of them!

My grades popped today, sent in 8 cards regular service. I actually didn't think any would gem as they were older cards I found in my closet or cards I bought raw on Ebay for good prices so I was expecting 8s. Needless to say I'm happy with the result other than the Kobe Bowman Best Atomic not meeting min size requirement which now seems to be a common issue for that card. The Trout Ref was something I didn't even know I had, was sitting with a stack of my Bowman Chrome commons in my closet the past 9 years until I found it a few months ago. now awaiting my 4 other orders

Yup. Honestly, without looking at my previous subs, I don't think I clear 70% all that often. I had one order like 2 years ago that I went 95/100 on, haha. But aside from that, this isn't "that" far from my norm
