Eh, I think only one person criticized it, which is why he dropped a 'hot take' warning.

The original isn't bad, it's just a typical modern baseball card action shot. Trout's face is twisted with happiness. The best cards in the set make it look even more exciting.

Not sure how many NBA fans are on this forum, but Herro is an absolutely epic player to have an agreement with. This could be the one that makes your cards take off, so good for you. And I think it will sell out in minutes, so everyone better be ready to log in! Will it still be a 1500 card base PR?

Tatum and Kuzma also sold out in minutes for the metallics and autograph cards. Herro might be similar but could see the base being hotter. Yeah 1500 total for base cards

No question. Those 1500 base will sell out super fast. There are non-Project 2020 fans waiting for this release as well. And the secondary market will explode for him. So best to get them from your site if possible.

Just got notice that my Metallic Green Tatum just hit the US. Been hung up in Melbourne for over a month. Not on Tyson (he shipped it quick). Can't wait to get it in hand. Kuz in transit now too. Next up, Herro. Great cards Tyson!

Two if you count me. Most of that set are “just cards” to me. I recognize that will satisfy a lot of people here, but that’s more of the same for me. The Trout is not my favorite in terms of aesthetics of his run, I think he has much stronger cards.

I always find if two or three people don’t like Beck, you see a lot of comments of how he isn’t well received or under appreciated. I think he has one of the more universally liked sets so far of this thread even if I think those opinions are wrong. But I think it speaks to how well his vision of the set has meshed with collector expectations, and how well he has executed on that vision.

I have to be honest, when I saw the trout card, I was like Woah! that's sweet! I started wondering why people were trashing it. Then I realized it was only Silas. Not sure why he doesn't like it. It's CLASSIC Tyson! I just looked at all my Trouts and it's easily top 3 with Ermsy and Grotesk in no particular order. I ordered a 10 pack hoping to get lucky. My Don C Trouts arrived yesterday and I was like please don't make this the card I get lucky on. Oh, and by the way, they came in snap cases. Thanks Topps!

I don't view that as a criticism! Some of his cards may be more appropriate in Topps Fire than P2020 (like Trout), but at least they usually look cool.

Beck doesn't get talked about too much around here, even if people like him. He has a few styles: fire-heavy ("just baseball cards"), cut-ups, acid flashback, graph paper (fire cut-ups). I react totally differently to cards from each style, but I'm not 100% sure why, since they're all related.
