So I'm guessing PSA no longer logs in economy orders with Express if you sent them together. I sent in an Express, a Regular, and an Economy order together. Express and Regular got logged and I got email for both at the same time, but nothing on the Economy order.

Thanks for the reply. I got a email that PSA received the box but when i went to "my account" i see nothing.

well, psa 'receiving' the box and 'logging' your order into the system are 2 different steps and if it's 'Value' could take up to 9-10 weeks to log your order into PSA's system, then the clock starts on their business days (Express takes a few days, regular a few days, economy could take 6-8 weeks, and value/bulk now takes 9-10 weeks... just to log the orders in).

FYI - Value/Bulk I was told yesterday by a PSA phone rep is running 145-150 business days (that does not include the 9-10 weeks to log it in)... so Value/Bulk could take 9-1/2 months... and that's if they don't alter the deal any further.

Quite shocked it popped up after 4 weeks. I submitted 3 Shaq Topps Gold cards when the prices hit $600. By the time I get them back, even if they are PSA 9's they will be less than 50% of that price...

This is still stuck in Q2, however the "review order" alert and list of cards are no longer showing, so hopefully that means the grades are about to pop.

At what point during the process does PSA charge you? I have had three cards in their possession for about a month now but other than searching for the tracking information, nothing is in the system. Sent in using their economy service before the price change.

You get charged right before they ship them out to you. So it will still be a few months for you...

They won't charge until the end when they ship. It's the same day your grades pop.

I have 2 quarterly special submissions from August that haven’t been logged in. PSA is in a lot of trouble with lead times and I think they’re drowning. I’ve got a bulk order that will easily surpass 150 business days. And no one at PSA really cares about any of this.
